I’m starting this by stating I walked in with my girlfriend at 830. They close at 930. The guy up front helping us was extremely rude. He asked if I wanted the food for here or to go. I replied to go, but before I could finish he interrupted me by asking me again, but louder and more aggressively. I’m not a quiet speaking person. After he prepared my food, I said thank you after he gave me giving me a third piece of chicken after seeing him debate whether or not he would do the extra one. I said “thank you” in a very sincere voice thinking maybe he had a bad day. He replied “WHAT!?” Thinking I was being rude back to him, but I was genuinely being sincere. He made my girlfriends food in the same quick, sharp toned manner, then threw the food into a to go bag. It was thrown so hard and slapped on the table that when we opened it part of the food was leaking out of the box all inside the bag covering the outside of the boxes and the bag. 8 napkins was not enough. I grabbed because I saw him throw the boxes in the bag. We decided to not even eat inside and it was impossible to eat in the car. The liquid got all over my jeans, and the seats of my car. Read moreVery inconsistent. I go here because their super greens and teriyaki chicken fit within a strict diet I’m on but 2 out of 3 times I go, I have to wait for something. The majority of those times, they say 4-5 minutes, but it’s often taken 10-15. The quality GREATLY depends on what time you go. That part I understand. But even still, sometimes the teriyaki chicken has no sear at all and is not great.
Today’s irritation. No utensils, no teriyaki sauce, and when I tried to call twice just to let them know since I think the guy may have been new and I wanted to give feedback, no one would answer. So I’m finally writing a review.
I really don’t know why I still go to this location. I like Panda in general, but man, I’ve had more bad experiences than good here. 5 years ago, a sliver of sharp spiraled metal was in my Beijing Beef. Luckily I caught it. It was most likely from a metal scrubbing sponge and somehow missed in the try. Understandable, but when I let them know, they just offered me some free food or a refund barely apologizing or recognizing that it would have been pretty serious if I swallowed that...

Read moreWhat a frustrating mess!!!! My wife and I ordered online for our family and all was going well UNTIL the pickup process. I proceeded into the establishment and let them know I was there to pick up our order. They boy behind the counter asked the name like normal and I provided again like normal and then the mess started. Boy behind the counter then asked for a confirmation number??? I told him I didn't have it however I have my Real ID to verify the name. This was NOT good enough for the worker and so I had to phone my office and they had to find the email containing this number in my Spam Folder on my email so I could read it off to this boy behind the counter. REALLY!!!!!! Is there that many people that come in and actually guess the exact name at the exact time an order is ready with a State Issue Real ID that works for TSA standards that matches the name on the order???? Glad there are other locations in case we want to get our PANDA on in the future just NOT the location at
