Schlotzsky's — Restaurant in Bixby

Worked here for a year and a half, the entirety of my working experience was horrible, more than half the time that I was on shift after being cross-trained, I was expected to preform as though I was running the store while management was sitting around in the office doing nothing to help. I had to threaten to leave in order to get my first raise that was promised after 3 months, it took 6+ and me saying that I was looking for another job for them to finally make good on their word. I never received another raise, and the position of team lead was held over my head as if I was going to be a team lead, which made me feel as though I had to work harder, however they never actually did it, and I don’t think they ever had any plans of promoting me. Management doesn’t care about you, in fact, whenever I attempted to advocate for myself, I would get told that either what I’m saying is not true, or that I just need to get over it basically. SO glad I left, I do not recommend working here, unless you’re a desperate student or an extremely desperate person. Food is ok, but I only ate what I made though and I’ve seen other employees make food absolutely horribly. Aside from my personal experience, I would still not recommend coming here, because the prices are absolutely unacceptable and spending 10 on a mediocre sandwich with no chips or drink is insane. Whenever I was a kid, you could get a meal for that price, and I realize that they need to keep up with inflation, but there is no excuse to charge the absolutely...

Every table was dirty when we went to sit down and the employee taking the order seemed confused on orders itself but they could have just been new but didnt seem very friendly. Ive been to a few different schlotzskys in ok and mo and this one ranks the worst due to cleanliness and service but the food was okay at least and their drink station was stocked

Update: the individual who claims to be the 'owner' and it is a customer service ph #. When I called over, the representative I spoke to said the alert # referenced was assigned to a supervisor and they would place me on a breif 2 min hold. After being on hold over 3 minutes with a check in, finally a supervisor (Natasha) awnsered. Twice, I asked for a brief moment in return for the supervisor to hold and after 45 seconds they told me they were going to hang up the call. I took them off hold at this time and returned the information I was relayed by a previous representative and informed them that I would be updating this review to relay the experience I had upon following the companies request. Horrible sandwich tonight. We ordered 3 sandwiches. Since we couldn't go inside because apparently they were short on staff we had to order through the drive thru. We ordered one original with regular bun and two others with the new bacon bun. She repeated the order back and it was correct. When we got to the window I noticed one of the people that was handling our food had a cast on his hand. Since you can't wash a cast I can't imagine how unsanitary that cast was that was touching our food. When we got home, it turned out that all three sandwiches had this bacon bun thing on them. Including mine. This bacon bun really ruined the sandwich which I thought it would. The original bun is what makes the sandwich. The bun was dry and just fell apart when I tried to eat it. The taste of it ruined the sandwich. We stop by this Schlotsky's at least once a week because it usually has good food.
