I placed my order in person because I was told in the drive through that I had to use the two coupons my kids earned from the library inside in the restaurant. So I had to bring in my sleeping newborn and toddler to order. The cashier was nice but seemed new because she couldn't explain items to me and hadn't tried much of the food (she explained that the Whatasauce is 'just a sauce" when I asked for instance). She did not place the order correctly - like I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and she only entered a single. I did not receive several items that showed on my receipt and my chicken sandwich was inaccurate, but I didn't know it until we all got strapped into the car. I was missing all the sauces listed on my receipt, the kids meals didn't have the gummies that were shown on the receipt and that my toddler chose as their desserts when asked by the cashier, the burger was incorrect, and the sauce was on my chicken sandwich instead of on the side like it showed on my receipt. So we were going to go back through the drive through to ask for corrections, but then there were 5 cars ahead of us and we couldn't wait since our kids at home and in the car were hungry. Then when we got home and began eating the food was all old and cold (not freshly cooked - soggy fries, cold chicken, old burgers and buns, bacon was not freshly cooked either). Whataburger is expensive, so it was definitely not worth the price of the food since it didn't taste good, was not fresh, and was incorrect. Overall it was a bad experience and we don't plan on going back to this establishment anytime soon - and too bad because we like Whataburger's...
Read moreUpdated Review 07/05/25 (5 Stars): Hubby and I had a taste for some burgers. We got to Whataburger and ordered through the drive-thru. We received some of the BEST service, ever at Whataburger! The young man (Isaac) who took our order was extremely friendly and a true professional. Once my Hubby paid the cashier, I asked to speak with Isaac. I told him to keep up the Great work, and he replied, "Thanks, but I'm just doing my job." I agree, and he is absolutely correct. However, I like to give Proper props when & where they are due. So I wanted his managers to know how Awesome of a job that Isaac is doing, and he's a definite asset to their team. Plus, our food was Fresh and it came exactly how we'd ordered. Thanks!🙂
Updated Review (from 3 stars to 5 stars):Got some take-out for a late dinner and BOTH orders were Fresh (except they forgot to add "cooked onions" on the Jr. Cheeseburger), as well as Tasty. I informed the Manager, Miss Alcorn(?) about the omission of onions and she Quickly got it resolved!👍🏾I noticed the store (lobby, counter, dining area) was Really Clean and Well-stocked. Overall, I had NO issues with the Service, Food, etc. and will DEFINITELY...
Read moreMy partner and I work in the restaurant industry and were extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service this location had. While placing the order the young man kept cutting us off before we could finish what we were saying like he was being inconvenienced. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all. He told us to drive forward so we did and paid. The order total changed three times. He handed us one small bag and a drink (which did not complete what we ordered) and closed the window. Him and his coworker were standing at the window talking while we waited trying to get their attention. One young man glanced over at us and walked away. So we just drove off. We called the manager after we realized we were missing more than we thought. She asked if we could come back but we were already on the highway and had somewhere to be. She told us we could come back the next day and pick up the missing items but felt completely brushed off. We work in the industry so we know how it goes. My partner is diabetic and it was his stuff that was missing. His blood sugar was low and well you get it. This review is long enough. Needless to say we won’t be returning to...
