Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Blackfoot

We waited over an hour for a pizza we had to make ourselves(which is fine. Not our first rodeo with papa Murphy. We know we have to bakeit oirselves).. and then they made us go to the store to fix their mistake. We ordered a pizza with dairy free cheese. Half veggie, other half only cheese and bacon as our son has an allergy. These clever people decided to mix dairy free cheese with regular cheese, when regular cheese was never ordered or requested. The entire pizza was ordered as dairy free. So they told my husband the only way to fix it, would be for him to drive to the store and swap for a new pizza. All down for the swap, but couldn't deliver it? They didn't even reimburse us for this inconvenience. Don't waste your time or money...

We ordered online and accidentally clicked "extra large pepperoni" instead of regular. They called to ask us what we wanted and we missed the call, called right back. Called back 4x and was sent to voicemail each time. We went in at our pick up time and they told us because we never called to say what we wanted our pizza wasn't ready and we explained we called multiple times. We were told "oh yeah we are ignoring calls because we are busy" okay? So what did they expect us to do. We then waited 40 minutes for them to make our one pepperoni pizza (mind you with our two kids under 4) and we were not given any discount for the headache. It was a ridiculous waste of time. We should have gone...

Worst experience here I've had by far. Used to be a go to. However after spending $60+, I waited 10 minutes without being even greeted in the drive thru. I tried to call and my call was sent back to the pre-recorded message asking you to order online. All this while employees keep walking by. So I proceeded to start tapping the window. Finally going to get my order! Nope, tried to hand out the wrong pizzas after another 10 minutes gathering sides. 5 minutes later I get my pizzas. Cool. Only to get home and have the wrong cheese on one of them. Likely won't be back. Happy New Year 2025. Gotta mess up one...
