Oddly enough a quick google search for "restaurants near me" originally led me here. I simply scrolled through the list, and to my surprise this place came up and it looked like it was considerably nicer than anything I was used to finding in this area, so I was sold.
Speaking of this place appearing to be out of place, it truly does and when you arrive, you will likely agree, but let me back up for just a second.
This location is very easy to find as it's in very close proximity to a major highway, and it sticks out because it's big, and looks brand new. Believe me when I tell you, there is nothing else around it that looks brand new, so it's very, VERY easy to find. The parking lot is also massive, and based on my experiences here, and it rarely being busy or "packed", you'd be hard pressed to not be able to find a parking spot of some sort here, even during typical busy dining hours during lets say lunch or dinner.
When you walk in, you're likely to notice a couple of things, first being the host/hostess area where you'll be greeted by one of the kind, professional, and efficient staff members. Second, is that everything looks very modern, clean, and new. And strangely enough, this place isn't like freshly built or anything, I think they just take very good care of things, in my opinion at least. Something else that is sure to stick out is just how empty the place is. I think both times that I've dined here, the place was like 60% empty. It's quite strange, the place is large, has a ton of seating both inside and out, and most seats sit without someone in them. I imagine that is quite bad for business, but what do I know, I just review places I've been to on Google, lol. It's just confusing because the food is good, the beer is cold (and they have a pretty large selection), and the environment is nice, mostly quiet, and what I would consider to be family friendly.
I should mention that I've only ever had the wings here (they're very good), and I'm not sure exactly why, but that's just how it ends up being, lol. However I have been with multiple people who have ordered from all over the menu, and the general consensus is that the food here is quite good. As I previously mentioned, they have a pretty extensive selection of beer, and obviously a full bar as stated in the name of the place, haha.
When all is said and done, this place is clean, often empty, but offers some pretty dang good food at a reasonable price. The staff is friendly, professional, and efficient, and the environment is nice and kid/family friendly. I've been here twice now, and I am pretty certain I'll be back...
Read moreThis is my 3rd time eating from here. I've never dined in, just carryout. The first two times I got a wet burrito. There's a saying that there's nothing like that first time and I believe that to be true. The very first burrito was absolutely amazing! I thought I was gonna order that at least on a weekly basis because I work close to the restaurant. It was so good and such a great quantity for the price that I decided to order it on my 2nd go round. It didn't live up to the hype of the first one. It wasn't as hot and I didn't receive all the fixings I received the first time. I figured if I order from this place again I'll just try a new dish and not get hung up on the wet burrito. Today, I ordered the skillet mac and cheese and although it tasted good, it was still bland. That's fine because I added a little salt and pepper to it and that helped greatly. The issue was the temperature of the food and the quantity. For $11 for just mac and cheese, I would expect it to be a full size dish but it wasn't. The pictures I attached shows the depth as well as how much of the container was covered by product. It was like buying a bag of chips full of air. At least the whole base of the container should've been covered if it wasn't going to be much product depth wise. I would still eat here again but I wouldn't get the dishes I've already tried. The staff is really great and I don't want to give up on this place because I know the potential is there. I'd just like every experience to feel like the first time. Each dish should always be made in such a way that you're trying to impress and create a...
Read moreI gave 3 stars for food & service, every other time these have been 5 stars but I have ate here several times almost my go to place to eat. I have almost $30 in their Toasty app (definitely recommended) and have brought a few people there to eat because I enjoy going there. I am disappointed with whomever the manager was tonight and has soured my enjoyment of visiting. I had gone in to have a meal with my husband and son to have a celebratory meal (just married). They did give us a complimentary dessert which we appreciate but is typical for most restaurants, so not unexpected or "extra". The food is delicious but my husband found plastic partially melted his rueben. We did not make a scene or blame the waitress as others would do. But the fact that we did not get an apology from head of staff or even an acknowledgment about plastic being a part of the sandwich or a thank you for not causing a scene which we could have. Again partially melted plastic on the outside of the sandwich which to me indicates it was not attached to the bread the entire time of cooking. My husband chipped it off his sandwich and ate his microplastics as he does not like being that "customer". It is sad that people who showed your staff kindness, understanding and respect were shown nothing. The waitress was apologetic but she was not responsible for cooking our food and she passed along the apologies of the cooking staff. Management should have been the one to do so. They did not come over to apologize or even acknowledge the situation which is plainly...
