They have free parking , choose if you want to be seated in a table or You don't need reservations . The wait staff was very personable , courteous , helpful , and friendly . Usually when the parking lot is full you will have a longer wait time to be seated , but we walked in and was greeted , then was seated . The server got our drinks , then our appetizer , then our meal . DINNER : It was our 16th Wedding Anniversary , and we ordered the special " All you can eat shrimp " .. and comes with 2 sides , I ordered steamed broccoli - which they didn't bring..and baked potato , and was told by the server that , the " Langastino lobster gravy " was great over the potato items..so we choose it to be over the mashed and baked potatoes . The lobster was overcooked , Appetizers: We choose the. Seaside Sampler platter , that had the " Shrimp Alfredo " it was really dry - for the lack of the sauce , and I took a couple bites and was choking due to the dryness , there was still grit on the stuffed mushrooms , and we ordered a small sized mozzarella cheese sticks - and they brought us a large . The " Shrimp Cocktail " 4 large or jumbo shrimp came in a glass of ice - but - the Shrimp was still partially frozen . And one of my " pet peaves " is [ WARM FOOD = WARM PLATE , COLD FOOD = COLD PLATE ] !! ALL the plates we received were WARM , so the salad , lemons , cold sauces , butter and sour cream , were on warm plates instead of COLD ! The Butter Bay Biscuits were on a basket rolled up in a napkin - room temperature and NO butter . So for a Special Occasion of eating out , with sub par food , and a bill that was costly..we made the best of it , but should have went somewhere else to dine ! This was the 1st time we have ever had any problems with the quality of the food . Overall , the waitress. ( Amanda or a.k.a. Mandy K .was extraordinary ! She did everything she possibly could do to please us and kept apologizing over and over about the food issues ..we told her there was NO need to apologize to us for the bad food quality - as to she didn't cook / prepare the food ..it is the chefs / cooks responsibility to make sure that EVERY item(s) on those plates are prepared and plated correctly - from the 1st dish to the last , and they failed ! Mandy even told the management about our experience and problems...but NOTHING was done to correct any of the mistakes ! And it was a $100.00 that night
door and was greeted.by another staff member , and retrieved our menus and showed us where we would be sitting. They came and...
Read moreWent in at 9:25 p.m.. and had our orders ready because we new they'd be closing at 10. I walked in about 1 minute behind my wife and son just as the server very loudly and rudely told my wife and son were closing at 10 so (GET IT GOING!) Then instead of taking our order he proceeds to go into the kitchen and even more rudely and loudly says to the cook that these people just came in and haven't even figured out what they want yet and I know you started shutting down awhile ago. Long story short we aren't those people who make a habit of doing that and our tips when we do are very large and even put in extra for the cook as well as long as the foods not cold or thrown together. Also my wife was a server/bartender at the Dundee Lunesta until it closed so we know the drill, so if we come in late we order right away we apologize for it and we slam our food quickly and are done befor closing leaving a very generous tip to make up for it. For someone to say that to my family was rude as hell and he's lucky I contained my inner child. I'm sure it sucks when someone comes in at near closing but they were far into shutdown befor 9:25 which isn't quite fair since they are open until 10 and you definitely don't ever tell anyone they better get it going. So thanks for rudely ruining our dinner sir and thanks actually to (V-Dubs) where we actually had a top notch super friendly server who will get a tip that'll make her no doubtedly feel appreciated as she absolutely deserves. So once again, thanks Jackson Red Lobster for the absolute #1 spot on our list to pass up. I'd rather eat a Mc chicken for dinner than walk into hearing some rude prick talking to my wife and son that way especially coming from the hospital with some very heavy life changing things going on at the moment. Way to make people feel welcome and showing that there's still good people in the world to brighten your day just a little when you need it the most. Too bad the douche bag at Jackson Red Lobster isn't great nor even good at his job because that dinner was owed to my son Justin for his hard work. We really enjoy Red Lobster and it sucks that people like him actually work in places where people persons are needed, but it is what it is. We still have our regular Red Lobster in Ann Arbor and Adrian where the servers are pleasant and hardworking because if they weren't there I would most definitely never eat an admirals feast again. Done with my rant now lol,...
Read more13 cars in the customer parking lot when we pulled in with a party of six at 630 on a Friday night. Counted 6 wait staff not including the bar area. Took almost 10 minutes to get a drink ordered, another 10 for it to be delivered. The waitress took our food order at the same time as our drink order. She came back twice and told us our biscuits where coming out. Three other tables that were sat AFTER us not only got their biscuits out in a timely manner, but also got the entrees before us. One of those tables was serviced by our waitress. Food finally came out, but still no biscuits, then I think she realized that we still had no biscuits. They arrived within 2 minutes of us receiving our entrees. But, two baskets of biscuits, ALL where just crumble and pieces that were not even warm. My family and friends were treating me out for my birthday which we declared to the service staff up front. I decided to treat myself to a three choice shrimp and crab leg. The shrimp was delicious, no complaints there. The street corn shrimp was actually really great. BUT crab legs came out looking sad and whithered. They where so small in diameter that the "crackers" they provided (which I had to ask twice for) would not even work cause they would not touch both side of the leg when Cracker was closed. I spent 20 years in the service industry myself, and think 15 percent is a bad tip, I tipped 8 percent. Worst expiernce ever at a red lobster, but thankfully I had awesome company and enjoyed my way below average meal...
