Crumbl — Restaurant in Blacksburg

Cookies are always yummy and the staff is friendly, however I have been here twice in the last two weeks and the wait has been 15 minutes or longer just for 2-3 cookies. I always like to order on the kiosk, but it shows that they are always out of a couple of flavors. When a staff member takes your order, they usually say that they have the flavors and the kiosk is incorrect. I ordered 3 cookies a few days ago one of which was a confetti cookie, I was already waiting 10 minutes for my order, then a staff member comes up to me saying they are out of the confetti cookie, which I already ordered and paid for. They offered me a solution to my problem which was helpful, but I just don't understand why it said they had it in stock when I bought it then it was sold out as I was waiting. This store has potential but the wait is always so long just for a few things and the store is always incorrect on their inventory which can be frustrating. I can't imagine what it is going be when VT students return from summer break and its busy...

crumbl has been open until midnight on fridays and saturdays since it opened. i placed an order to be picked up at 10pm and when i got there there was a hand written sign on the door that said “new hours monday-saturday 8-10”. the order went through on the app and it was on the order screen inside. me and two other people were waiting outside trying to call and the employee inside just ignored us. really irritating considering i drove there for my order and left with nothing. when i called i was met with a message saying “you’ve called after hours” if they wanted to change the hours they should make it so orders aren’t going through on...

I’d like to give it a better review, but have been twice in the last 2 weeks. The ordering/pickup area is so tiny you can’t hardly move if there is more than about 10 people inside. Both times we have went after waiting in line, there are more items they are out of than items they have. We left each time with nothing as it was so uncomfortably crowded and sold out of things we wanted. Not to mention 4 cookies almost...
