My friend and I parked in front of this establishment where there were no evident signs we couldn’t without being a paying customer, we were headed up to grab a coffee then come back down and shop for groceries for our dinner in the evening. A lady chased us down saying she was going to tow us since we weren’t paying customers, and we said okay no problem, we will just get our groceries first. She said “that definitely looked like your intention since you were walking away from the store”, we still came in and shopped but didn’t end up purchasing anything, and I told her the reason was because of her bad attitude. I’ve read the reviews on here with similar experiences about the parking. Just trust your customers and be kind and you will get better reviewed. Read moreEats Natural Foods is one of my favorite places in Blacksburg! Every visit is a pleasant experience—the team is always welcoming, attentive, and ready to assist without being pushy.
The variety they offer is impressive, especially their selection of bulk goods like herbs, grains, nuts, and spices. I’m also a big fan of their unique cheeses and locally grown produce. It’s the kind of store where you can find thoughtful, healthy products you won’t see in big box chains.
I also appreciate their focus on supporting local vendors with fresh bread, bagels, and seasonal items. It’s clear that this isn’t just a grocery store—it’s a community-centered space that encourages healthy living and conscious shopping.
