I am a military veteran who ordered from this location on Uber eats, and my order was scheduled to be delivered in 30 minutes, however, the time keeps getting pushed to the right. After 1 hour, and 30 minutes, my order still wasn't delivered. The first delivery driver Arash, kept me informed, but, then after an hour and 15 minutes, my order was again delayed, and a new Uber driver Timothy was assigned. I placed my order at 0100 with an estimated arrival for 135, then it shifted to 0205, then again to 0240 am, then to 2:55, mind you, I am 10 minutes away at the Hilton Hampton. Extremely terrible customer service. Dave Sanders was a West Point Military Academy graduate an an Army Veteran who would be ashamed and embarrassed of this type of service. This certainly isn't the type of customer service he envisioned when he started Wendy's. The manager on duty should be fired, or this establishment should be closed and reopen under new management.
I have known Wendy's to be superior amongst fast food businesses, but this definitely wasn't and is not epitome of success.

Read moreToday marked the last day I visit this location! Upon reading other peoples reviews I see that I am not alone. What blew it today you ask? Once pulling up to the order box, I was asking my son what flavor frosty he wanted and the lady working says over the intercom “we only have strawberry” no hello or anything. So I proceed with my order for a kids meal and junior frosty, you know because I have a keychain from a fundraiser for free junior frosty’s. Once pulling up to the window to pay she instantly got an attitude, Now it may have been my fault for not letting her know that I had the “coupon” at intercom box. But she said “you need to tell me that you have a coupon at the order screen because now I have to void out the order and start all over”. Poor customer service, what ever the case may be, she should have just shut the window and done her thing, but the moment she gave me disrespectful attitude, that was it. Other occasions I have had to wait over 20 minutes each time to get a large order for a family of 4 and every time was treated like an inconvenience. Read moreI’m not one to review but after 3 bad visits the last month management needs to address their employees or Wendy’s needs new management at this location. I feel all these positive reviews are misrepresenting for them. Today I waited 30 minutes for fries that were being put down as multiple cars went through after me. I was insured all my food was there when it finally came out they said they were sorry they almost forgot me. I brushed it off though this was the third time this month getting slow/bad service here. But I get home 5 min away and I’m missing 2 large fries that I was supposedly waiting on and half the order is cold where it was made early and sat there. After working all day and running through to bring food home for my family to my surprise it’s not there so you can relate to my frustration and their disappointment.
