Employee who took phone order didn't advise better option for better price until pickup arrival (in Chicago Heights, IL) and the Latino Manager - on duty at the oven - told me how I should have ordered, then wouldn't allow me to order the upgrade because she had "already rung up" my order, which incidently wasn't due to be ready for another 7 minutes. It was already boxed when I arrived early. For how long?.. who knows. Her lame excuse was delivered deadpan & with disdain.. not in a helpful or friendly manner. I'm not sure if she dislikes her job?.. or Caucasians, but I was born & raised in Miami, FL, growing up & going to school with lots of Cuban kids beginning in 4th grade with the first arrivals Fidel Castro allowed to leave Cuba.. before the Mariel Boatlift. Several of my good friends & neighbors.. were Cuban and I can still speak a workable bit of Spanish. My own mother & grandmother were from the Caribbean.. an uncle of mine was born in Cuba.. and I have cousins in Honduras. Racist - I am not. Annoyed - I am. Hello... It goes both ways, Mommie. Leave attitude at the door. Your position is in Food Service. Find a different profession if Service isn't for you. Judging a book by its cover is an exercise in a missed opportunity. Whatever the reason being - the surly attitude & lack of flexibility in disallowing your own suggestion, over the $3 cost it takes in ingredients to produce a Medium one topping pie, is no way to win customers & garner their loyalty. It was the recent ads for New York style pizza that prompted me to call. It fell short of NY, yet was still a decent pie. I hadn't used Domino's for pizza in more than a few years. Read morePretty disappointed at this place. After this review, I will be calling the owner and corporate about their employees. I processed an order on Christmas Eve around 8pm on my app. The app when used everywhere else usually gives you the exact time your food will be done. The app says my food will be delivered in 40 minutes. That time I figured was just about right considering the snow dusting we received. I received a call 1 minute later from some girl telling me my order will be 3 hours to deliver. Now mind you, I’m grown, I’ve ordered many pizzas, during events, Super Bowls, bad weather, never has it ever needed to be 3 hours for a medium pizza. Hearing that I was like never mind and cancelled my order and buy food elsewhere. After hanging up i felt like I was lied to and they didn’t want to deliver since they closed at 9pm.
This is a horrible way to run a business. I’m almost positive the wait time wouldn’t be 3 hours and i was lied to. Customers are the reason your business is open. If this were my staff I’d find out who worked and made the calls to customers and fire them! I’m sure i wasn’t the only one. I’m not done with my reviews. I will leave one in every social outlet until something is done!

Read moreI order from dominos a lot, but not too mcuh from this location. I tried to place my order online and when I went to choose delivery, it said it does not have delivery at this location. So I called. I spoke to a young man that mumbled everything he said and I told him about the online issue and he said something is wrong with their website ( if you knew something was wrong, why wasn't it corrected or attempted to be corrected??) Then when I placed my order he confirmed everything with me and I said it was correct. I get my order about 30 minutes after they said it would be here. I put everything in my kitchen and got my kids squared away to eat and noticed there was no dipping sauce in my box. So I called and was placed on hold immediately and no one came on the line for 10 minutes. When someone actually came to the phone, I was hung up on. I immediately called back and got the same guy that took my order and I told him about the sauces. He very confidently said I never ordered it. I told him he was the one who took my order, and when I said that, he changed his story immediately. He said it would be about 5 minutes to bring my sauces, and that was 15 minutes ago. Poor service, poor delivery, and poor attention to details. I will never order from this...
