Dunkin' — Restaurant in Bloomingdale

I went there on a Sunday morning 11/05/2017 there were 4 employees working there one black girl with dreads one Indian guy and Hispanic girl and a older Indian lady with a lot of jewelry on. The young black girl was at the cash register taking orders while the the Indian guys was just standing around looking lost and in the mist of all that the Indian lady started yelling and speaking rudely at the black girl with dreads asking her did she repeat the order to the Indian guy. Me being the customer I felt like the Indian lady was being rude and obnoxious and I thought to myself why do the black girl have to repeat everyone order when this Indian guy is just standing right next to her not doing anything. So unexpected the black went to the back got her things and walked out. I honestly do not blame her. The Indian lady was so rude to her when she was actually doing her job not to mention it was a line of ppl. Very very more management. There is no structure there. DROPPED THE TONGS ON FLOOR AND PUT THEM BACK! On 7/25/19 at around 6 AM I witnessed the woman who drives the Lexus SUV drop the tongs on the floor, look to her right, then put them right back. She should have looked to her left as I was literally standing right next to her. I will never go back to this place again and have taken my business to the Dunkin on Army Trail and Bloomingdale.

Anyone who blatantly disregards food safety, especially something as simple as washing the tongs, shouldn't be employed at this establishment. I can only imagine what else goes on at this establishment, but then again I don't want to as I was a daily customer for over a year. Furthermore, the morality of this person is called into question as it literally takes less than a minute to wash tongs. Regrettably, I wish I had called her out on this issue...

i really tried to refrain from making a review but i really cant keep going here. i kept giving this location the benefit of the doubt bc its the only one on my way to work but they only get my order right and make everything right about 40% of the time. They have given me frozen bagel bites, theyve given me the wrong kind of bagel, theyve made my coffee with mostly milk and barely any coffee. i feel bad for the employees who work there as theres been times i go and theres only been 1 person running the store. today i ordered and the person on drive thru was rude when i was placing my order, my coffee doesnt have ANY french vanilla and my bagel barely has cream cheese. its a shame, i shouldnt have to go so far out of my way just to go to another dunkin that will get my...
