This was hands down one of the worst drive-thru experiences Iâve ever had â and it was entirely because of the so-called manager working that day. I honestly canât believe someone this rude and careless is in charge of anything, let alone representing the McDonaldâs
We pulled up to the speaker, waited politely, and no one greeted us. After several minutes of silence, we said âhello?â â still no response. Finally, someone came on the intercom with an attitude and said, âIâm not taking orders right now.â No explanation, no apology â just rude and dismissive. We asked why, and he said, âBecause I said so.â Thatâs it.
So we drove up to the window to try to understand what was going on, and the person standing there â who we were told was the manager â refused to even speak to us. We calmly asked for his name to report the situation, and he straight-up refused. He said, âIâm not giving you my name,â then walked away from the window and wouldnât come back. Completely unprofessional and downright disrespectful.
We werenât rude. We werenât being difficult. We just wanted to place a simple order â at a fast food restaurant â and instead we got treated like we were a problem just for showing up.
This man should not be managing anything. He clearly has no concept of customer service, no accountability, and no respect for the people keeping that place in business. If this is the kind of person McDonaldâs trusts to run a location, it says a lot about their standards lately.
We ended up leaving without ordering and will never return to this location. I truly hope someone from corporate sees this and takes action â because that behavior is unacceptable, and customers...

He said it was a manager wearing a Mercedes sweatshirt or a hoodie shouldnât he be representing McDonaldâs instead of a Mercedes? but anyway went late about 10 oâclock 1030pm waited in the drive-through like three minutes finally I said is the drive-through working and he answered yes hold on, finally he came up again and said what is your order I told him the order then he stayed quiet and I said hello did you take my order and he said no I have not. What is your order with an attitude. I was shocked that he stayed quiet. He didnât respond so then I drove to the window. He didnât come out to the window. He ended up closing the window and making me wait there. I waited there like five minutes. Finally, a girl comes up and she says yes, and I said can I see your manager , then he comes to the window and says what like what do you mean what you didnât take my order and he gave me an attitude and he said to get out of my driveway or else he was gonna call the police?? Like why will u call the police. worst service specially coming from a manager wow Iâm really shocked. Iâll never return to that McDonaldâs again and now I will tell everyone. Finally made it to the window for another series of waiting! đ´Just over 10 mins, then I go to the window for the food, waited and waited more, then the kid says, the burger is done but heâs gonna âsend me to parkâ for the fries. What?? Literally sat there for I swear, another 10 mins!!! Now Iâm livid, đ¤ŻđĄI go inside no one can see the customers come in because of the walls they put up in between the front and the back room. After calling someone over 2-3 times, a young girl comes up I tell her, then an lady came up I told her I still done have my food, she goes around the corner yells at the two kids, think she was a manager, she asked me if I got my burger đ¤Śđźââď¸ Come on people?!?!!!!!!
