I'm torn between a great review and a really bad one, the few times I have picked up my order on the way home from work it has been very good. The first time I got it delivered they called and said they had to many 7:30pm orders so mine would be late. ( I pre ordered at 2:30 in the afternoon). I'm pretty sure mine should have taken priority, but I said ok and it arrived only 15 min past my scheduled time which I was ok with.
This delivery of my free pizza through points and my paid for stuffed cheese bread yesterday was absolutely horrible. Where to start, pizza was absolutely the worst I have ever had at this location, I know it was free but I earned it after buying so much food. Toppings were far and few between , it was under cooked as was the stuffed cheese bread. You could see the cheese inside the bread was all separated between blends and raw. Also did not receive my sauce cup to make the raw cheese bread palatable .
And now we get to delivery, not sure if the driver was new or what happened but I live 5 minutes from the store and my order was 38 minutes late. It hurt me to not tip as well as I normally do, I understand that drivers rely on tips but this was not worthy of more than $2. My order was just over $11, I was going to tip a $20 bill before my order showed up extremely late. If I ever trust this store to deliver my food again and get the same driver and it shows up on time ( a miracle I know) I will definitely compensate the driver . Read moreOrdered a pizza tonight with the app and told them in the order notes I’d be paying with a $100 bill and to please bring enough change. No one called me to tell me this would be an issue ahead of time. My delivery guy showed up and explained to me he couldn’t make change for a hundred so we offered to pay with a check but that’s all we had. He called management to see if they would accept a check for the unusual circumstance and after talking for a few minutes he handed to phone to me at which point the manager on the other end basically told me I was SOL. I have been using the dominoes app and ordering pizza at least once a week from this location for over two years. I am so upset about how that manager handled the situation and how rude he was to me that I will never order from them again. Now I am starving and have to go out in the winter storm weather to get food elsewhere. I’m appalled at how this was handled by management and have half a mind to call corporate. Read moreOrdered a small hand tossed pizza and an order of knots at noon and it said the order would take 19-30 minutes. After an hour I called and sat on hold for 10 minutes before someone answered. I was told they opened late and there was an order in front of mine and once that was prepared mine would be made. I looked up the hours and it says they open at 10:30. An order shouldn’t even be able to be placed unless they are open. This is absolutely unacceptable! I will never order again!!
To follow up on this, I got a response to my review from the supposed owner and was given an email that isn’t even active. I sent an email with my phone number and info of what happened and it was undeliverable....
