This is why Dunkin is Horrible and rip off artists!

I ordered on the app to pick up through Drive through at Oakland Ave bloomington il.

Service: rude and mean!!! Greeted by a harsh, rude tone...then shoved my order to me and shut the door. My order was incomplete. She saw I was still there, and rudely opened the door. I nicely explained that my order of 6 muffins was missing. She said "we usually don't do muffin orders that large on the app". She was going to let me drive off and not refund the muffins. She said" can I replace it with donuts?" I said "yes". She shut the door and walked away without asking me what I wanted. She came back and shoved a bag at me. I looked at it, and it was nothing we would eat. She ssid" that ok?" I replied "no, do you have any glazed?" She said "ya" shut the door again returned and said " is 1 glazed blueberry OK cuz I just gave you 5 donuts?" I replied " next time you may want to ask the customer what donuts they may want." She slammed the door real hard and walked away. I was shocked how extremely rude,and the lack of good customer service. I am now willing to drive to the Normal location far away from me and try that one....

Use to order in the mornings with no issue. Decided to order a hot coffee one evening and was asked multiple times if I wanted that said coffee hot while laughing. I asked does this item not come hot? And they just said sure sure while laughing with someone else. I pull around and they're still talking and laughing while taking my payment and laughing even harder as they handed me my drink. No "thank you, have a good day". Literally poured it out soon as I drove off. Hadn't ordered there since as I've been going to BLOOM's Coffee

If you are a dasher, THEY NEVER HAVE ORDERS READY!!!!!! It’s over 5 workers in here and there is no urgency anywhere!!!! These new workers are not good!!! Someone should be focused on online orders and others should be drive thru or in store workers. It’s not really hard!

Update 1/26: I had two orders to pick up! They didn’t have anyone in the drive thru. They had one person in the store. I counted 7 workers. DoorDash tickets just sitting on the counter! Everyone was on their phone or talking and laughing with each other while tickets are just sitting on the counter! I told the customers about them not being urgent, one customer actually called the store, while I was standing there still waiting! I won’t be back, I will decline every Dunkin’...
