From the moment I stepped into Sammy's, I was enveloped in a small, quaint, and incredibly cozy atmosphere that immediately felt welcoming. This wasn't just another dining experience; it was like being invited into a warm, hospitable home. The service here deserves a special mention - attentive, laid-back, and exceptionally friendly. The staff made great recommendations without being intrusive, perfectly balancing top-notch service and respect for privacy, which was crucial for my meeting with a new client & their spouse.
Sammy's may be on the higher end when it comes to pricing, but every dollar spent is justified by the quality and craftsmanship of the food. It's clear that passion and care are baked into every item on the menu, making it worth every penny. The burger of the month, Sammy's IPA Burger, was nothing short of a culinary masterpiece. Served on a bed of greens with a rich garlic parmesan aioli, bacon, sautéed mushrooms drenched in Sammy's New England IPA and truffle oil, melted smoked gouda cheese, balsamic onion jam, and microgreens, it was a flavor explosion with each bite. The accompanying Parmesan Truffle Fries with IPA Beer Cheese and Garlic Parm Aioli dipping sauces were the perfect sidekick - absolutely killer!
We also indulged in the Pretzel Bites & Beer Cheese, featuring Bavarian pretzel bites alongside warm, savory beer cheese made with Sammy's Red Ale, and the Sammy's Sliders, a delightful trio of signature burgers topped with American cheese and pickles. Each dish was a testament to the creativity and quality that Sammy's brings to the table.
Sammy's isn't just a restaurant; it's an experience. One that resonates with you long after you've left. For the quality of service, the exquisite food, and the warm, inviting atmosphere, it's a place I'll be recommending to friends and colleagues alike. I'm already looking forward to...

We were trying to decide between Mad Tree and Sammy's. Boy, did we choose wrong. I usually visit Sammy's when we come to town and stay at a local hotel.
NEVER AGAIN!!
Menu pricing is not updated. I pulled up google maps and looked at your prices. One said $15 for burger (someone's picture). The other menu said $18. This is the restaurants menu online.
I don't drink alcohol so I ordered a burger and root beer. The root beer was from the tap, slightly warm, no ice, decent taste. The burger was really good, but it would have been CHEAPER to buy 1/2 a cow and make my own burger at home. I figured $18 for the burger and maybe $4 for the root beer. OOPS!!!!
MY BILL WAS $33 WITHOUT TIP!!!! WHAT???? NEVER AGAIN!! I hope you are happy. You got me this time, but I will choose wiser next time. It's very sneaky and dishonest.
READ YOUR REVIEWS!!! I looked at 30-35 of the NEWEST reviews (1-2 years ago mean nothing) OVER HALF OF YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE COMPLAINING ABOUT COST!!!! One reviewer even complained about the online menu, and nothing was done to satisfy the customer.
POUND YOUR CHEST NOW. For every 2 customers, 1 will not return due to price and value. This is a management/owner GREED ISSUE!
Lastly, we were the only customers in the restaurant. WOW!!!! SURPRISING???
Sidenote: the staff and waitress were very nice, and I was not going to blame them. I left a $10 tip on a $33 burger and fries.
TOTAL OF $43 FOR A BURGER (1) AND FRIES (MAYBE 20 FRIES) + A DRINK. (NO ALCOHOL)

Read moreI stop in at Sammys when I am in the Blue Ash area which quite frankly isn't enough. The burgers can be made into hot dogs which I usually get the Blue Ribbon hot dog with no tomato or lettuce and extra Hentz 57 and blue cheese as shown in the photo. They have a decent selection of local beers which I appreciate and the service staff is always very friendly and welcoming. There is a small patio outside that is very cozy but I usually sit at the bar for the best service. I love this place and I try to stop in when I am in the area. I don't mind the 30 minute drive up for work if I have time to stop in and get a hot dog. They are on the more expensive side for a burger and hot dog place but I enjoy the atmosphere, service and food.
Edit - 11/3/2018 I signed up for the rewards program and got a notice that I could get a burger for 1/2 off if I purchased one. It didn’t say anything about dine in only in the text message. So I went in durning a 45 minute lunch break to get a to-go order and they wouldn’t do it. It’s false advertising when you don’t explicitly state the offer is for dine in only. I cancelled the membership rewards program because the majority of the time I need to grab and go. The food is still very good which is why I gave it 3/5 Stars but please get your viral marketing and advertising together and make it clear these offers are for...
