one of the best D.Q.s I've been to in awhile. service was prompt, drive thru times were fast and efficient. The order came out right. some of y'all might be like why does that matter . Because 9 out of 10 fast food places always mess up my order. and most restaurants mess up these days. So great job to management for having a solid team and to the employees for caring and doing your part. if this was my store id be giving the entire crew a raise that worked on 3/17/22 @12:30pm. something that impressed me also was that i always ask for light ice everywhere i go and most the time I don't get it and so i have grown to ask for extremely light ice and still don't always get that. however I didn't do the ordering as my buddy was driving and he just asked for light ice and to my surprise it was what i expect when asking for light ice. I'm in town visiting and on business. and to be quite honest most places down here haven't impressed me so for a fast food place to take the cake and run with it . Read moreUsually this place is great with good food/drinks/ice cream, but recently there's been a noticeable drop in quality. The past five to six trips I've made here, my orders have been wrong in some way. To name a few:
Received the wrong burger. Ordered a Bacon and instead got a plain cheeseburger.
Received someone else's entire order of food. Drinks were correct, which is why I didn't immediately catch it.
Got shorted $10 in change and had to come in to rectify it.
Ordered a chocolate-dipped strawberry blizzard and was almost given a sundae. The drive-thru employee realized the error and had it fixed without my prompting, thankfully.
Ordered two large fries and received one large and one small.
And just today, ordered a peanut butter + banana milkshake and only received banana.
These mistakes have been back to back each time I've been here. I've no clue if I'm just exceptionally unlucky or if it's new employees/management, but I'm getting tired of consistently having some issue with my order. I get that there's a larger volume of customers coming for food with the pandemic going on, but if it means that the orders are more accurate, maybe consider slowing the pacing down a bit like how the local Zaxby's has done. Read moreMy wife and I were just out on Sunday driving around, when we ventured into North Georgia. It being around afternoon meal time we decided to grab a burger at Dairy Queen. This being a very warm afternoon DQ was very busy with what appeared to be their specialties; ice cream, shakes, and blizzards. However, we ordered the 1/2 # double burger combos. The staff was very friendly, helpful, courteous, and totally against the the normal there was SUFFICIENT staff to serve the amount of customers in a reasonable amount of time. We received the order Quickly, everything was CORRECT, and the items were HOT. We have traveled extensively in our past years, and out of necessity eaten many fast food burgers.
