I have MS, neuropathy in legs & arms, Lupus, CFS, Trigeminal Neuralgia, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Arthritis Migraines, Fibromyalgia, Necrosis: Neck, spine, hips and jaw, including severe TMJ leading to massive tension headaches. I was diagnosed with chronic pain syndrome at age 10. So yes, I’ve tried pretty much everything: Eastern and western medicine routes. With Georgia passing the small amount of low thc and high cbd oil, I was able to come off of over a 1,000 pills a month (even along with all the strings attached)including some; not all of my maintenance me ds (discuss with your doctor before trying to do this!). I read the glowing reviews and was so excited to try the Delta 8 sleep tincture. I suffer from on and off insomnia and so have been looking for something to help, especially during more hormonal times. I bought this tincture because I read that they accepted returns, and I don't have an extra 50.00 to spend if the item does not work. I received the item and tried it, but it seemed to actually make it harder for me to sleep rather than easier. I reached out to the company to let them know. I received a somewhat corporate response, "you're not taking the right dose and we only accept unopened returns" I am very confused to who would return something they ordered without opening it. The response made me feel like if something was wrong it was my fault and if it didn't work, too bad for me. This is not the attitude I like to experience as a customer and consumer. It is also not the attitude of people who truly stand by their product, if its a great product and doesn't work for a customer, refund or partial refund and move on, because you totally believe in your product.
