If I could rate 0 I would. Our cabin was leaning to the left, there is a noticeable slant in the flooring as well as water damage and mold on the ceiling in two different spots. There was an issue with our central heating and we called the property manager the day we checked in Wednesday to report the issue and never received any return call, luckily we were able to heat the living room area with the gas fireplace but that did not heat the bedrooms. The cabin was barely cleaned, there were cob webs in the doorways and windows, there was ample amounts of dust under the furniture that could be seen from the kitchen table as well as the carpets being filled with tracked in debris. And the check out procedures are truly criminal, for starters there is a housekeeping fee added into your bill, at check out you are required to strip the beds, place the quilts back on the beds, clean all dishes and put them away and you’re not allowed to leave the dishwasher running or dishes in it, failure to do any or all of these will forfeit your security deposit. They accommodated a late Friday night check in as we had to driver 5 hours after work to make it.
