Let me start by saying I’ve been gluten free for 12 years. I sent my husband to the shop today and he grabbed four different macarons, the double crumble coffee cake, strawberry cake, and chocolate cake—and let me tell you, every single one was delicious. I know people hate to use the word ‘moist,’ but moist it was! By far the best gluten-free bakery items I’ve had in my 12 years.

Wonderful bakery, so excited to discover them here! I had the most delicious gluten free cinnamon roll of my life. Soft, chewy, moist, lots of flavor, still warm from baking.

The owner is super knowledgeable about allergies and even knew about Alpha-gal syndrome. She was very friendly and told us all about the bakery, what kinds of bakes she does regularly for her shop as well as what can be ordered.
