My friend and I went through the drive through on Friday December 31st at apoximatley 10:45 pm. The lady on the mic made us wait about 5 minutes before ordering no big deal we made 2 separate orders and proceeded through to the window. She first gave us our drinks took my friends payment in cash then mine in card. About another 5 minute wait then we where handed our food and the lady told us our total, (we had already paid) we clarified to her we had payed the manager (David) came to the window and accused us of stealing and to either pay or give the food back said he would call the cops. We said that's fine with us we will wait go review your cameras or previous payments. It was embarrassing and ridiculous that we where accused of stealing. The manager David told us what ever just go. We parked in the parking lot walked up to the window at the time I had pulled my bank statement up and showed him my payment he was still very vicious and aggressive he tried hiding his name tag from me I asked for the owner or the supervisors name and number he refused and said that he would take my name and number and give it to him. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced they did not give receipts and accused us of stealing we didn't get states for our drinks nor Sauces which we requested. Read moreOn today I witnessed the line getting longer, and longer and the cashier went to a lady not sure what the lady position is, but I asked the cashier what was the lady's name because of the way she was acting. The cashier informed me that her name was Julia. Julia proceeded to ignore the cashier cry for help. I witness the cashier go to the back of the store to re group and came back and still acted professional through it all. Julia actions towards the cashier was very rude. I also witness another young man that was working on fries step into help, so that was a plus. Julia really needs some more training when it to professionalism in front of customers. Let me not forget that the lobby was disgusting. I had to ask a guy to clean the table before sitting. His response was I will get it, we got hit hard today and I didnt have time. Read moreI don’t hold too high of standards for fast food. That being said, possibly the worst food and service I’ve ever had from this spot. I didn’t show up at closing, I was hours early, yet my food seemed like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for most of the day. The chicken was rubbery on the inside and might as well have been coated in granite it was so hard. My Jr Bacon Cheeseburger was almost a real cheeseburger and I think it had bacon on it, but that’s still up for debate. I ordered 3 sandwiches as well as buffalo nuggets, all sandwiches had lettuce and tomato on them, but even the vegetables were horribly wilted and barely there. I will give some credit to the fry guy, my fries were phenomenally fresh.
