Came in here and ordered a soda (Paying customer) asked the manager (His name is Bill) to fill it up because the soda machine wasn't working. Less than ten minutes later I went to get a refill and he said "you can't just be walking around here" as if I was loitering when I was in the restaurant for a total of ten minutes. I showed him the time of the order on the Burger King app as proof and he had no response.
This creep was doing weird stuff in the back talking to female employees about how he was staring at them, and he called me "sweetie." After giving me an attitude about refusing to refill the soda I explained to him that the soda machine I paid to use wasn't working and he told me "that's not my problem." Bill refused to tell me his last name or give the name or contact information of his manager or the regional manager. He then told me to leave as though he was going to call the police on a paying customer who wanted a refill. I am contacting Burger King's HR department, if you have any other incidences with things this creep is doing to paying customers please post on here because he needs to be fired ASAP for harassing employees and customers.
I also filed a complaint with the health inspector and sure enough there were 12 violations, enough to get the business temporarily (Though it should be permanently) shut down:

Employee touching unclean screen to register at drive thru and then observed packing food items in bags Warning 35A-09-4 High Priority - Presence of insects, rodents, or other pests. Two live insects on office desk in kitchen Operator removed Corrected On-Site Admin Complaint 03F-02-5 High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food identified in the written procedure as a food held using time as a public health control has no time marking and the time removed from temperature control cannot be determined. See stop sale. Sliced tomatoes and cheddar cheese on bottom shelf under assembly line Time marked Corrected On-Site Warning 53A-03-7 Intermediate - Food manager certification expired. Burger King Refused To Give Me A Refund Even Though I Brought Back One Of Their Burgers And The Receipt. 12. I Then Left Before The Cops Even Got There Due To The Fact That All The Cops Are Going to Do Is Say Its A Civil Matter. 13. I Then Called The Complaint Hotline And Found Out That This Burger King Is A Franchised Owned Location , They Would Not Give Me the Owners Information. 14. Read moreAt least one star is deserved from the management at this location. Tonight I visited the establishment to get a quick burger and fries. Upon entry, there were 4 people working in the back that saw me walk in, but not one of them acknowledged me. I continued to wait until an employee walked inside from outside of the building. This employee is the reason for my 1 star rating. After finally returning to work, she looked at me like she did not want to be there. I ordered, said thank you and got no acknowledgement. I watched as 3+ drive through orders got taken care of as I was waiting for mine. After I already paid $5 for 4 mozzarella sticks, they informed me that they didn't have any mozzarella sticks. Rather than refunding me, they suggested I get the chicken nuggets. By this point I had waited long enough and just wanted the burger so I said "Okay' and took it as is. Shortly after, as I was at the table having dinner with my partner and explaining how they didn't have any mozzarella sticks, the employee that took my order said "there's the door". Confused, I said "I know where the door is. Thank you!" And continued to eat. The sandwich was made wrong (I asked for no burger sauce, it came with burger sauce) and she continued to murmur under her breath while sweeping. I, nor any of my colleagues, will support this location. You shouldn't either. I heard that burger kings are closing almost all of their locations and with this service, I understand why.
I do want to mention that shortly after this experience, I called the store. I asked for a manager to speak to, and told her my experience. She gave me the first name of the employee and told me this is not the first time this particular employee has done this. I give her major props for diffusing the situation. My only concern is, how many more times will that situation need to be refused?
Upon arrival there was an old supply bucket collecting water from a leak in the ceiling. This should have been the first warning sign.
