Erik listed our home and listened to our input re: the price we wanted to start at as well as the price we ultimately wanted (bottom line). He was always in communication with us, answered all of our questions and ultimately negotiated a good deal for us with a buyer who started out really low but eventually came up to a price we were happy with.

With regard to upgrades and items we thought we needed to invest in to make the house more sellable, Erik was very honest and never had us do/spend more than necessary. So much less stressful than other selling experiences.
