Just Baked — Restaurant in Boca Raton

Just Baked in Boca Raton is an absolute treasure, and their cookies are nothing short of wonderful! I recently had the pleasure of indulging in their delightful treats, and I can't stop raving about them.

First of all, the cookies at Just Baked are a true taste of heaven. They are baked to perfection, with a perfect balance of crispy edges and a soft, gooey center. The variety of flavors and textures is simply amazing, catering to every cookie lover's dream. From classic chocolate chip to inventive creations like salted caramel, there's something to satisfy every craving.

Unfortunately my wife and I had two individually bad experiences with Just Baked.

We gave them another shot this time and the same thing happened. Ordered online and gave extra time to be courteous of a busy atmosphere, but still waited an extra 20mins for our order while watching walk-ins come and go. One of the staff members acknowledged the order when we walked in...but couldn’t explain why it took longer than an hr to fill when he realized I was still waiting later on.

To add insult to injury...the order we were finally given, was wrong...and they were out of one of the items we got.

So I not only waited an unnecessarily long time for our treats...I wasted that time because we didn’t even get what we wanted.

I don’t know how you add another insult to injury...but it was done: I had to convince the staff member to give me a refund for the item they didn’t have, and didn’t provide. That should have been the first thing to come out of his mouth...not for the cash value, but as a good faith gesture to apologize for all of the mishaps.

My wife and I each run small companies local to Boca and Deerfield Beach and we will not be recommending Just Baked anymore.

Just baked is THE spot to be. If you’re just visiting Boca Raton, I promise you’ll want to visit Just Baked. And if you live around Boca but haven’t visited Just Baked, I promise you’re missing out. Once you start going, it’s impossible to stop. The atmosphere is so welcoming for all ages, and the desserts are unique and versatile. The owners, Alex and Chris, are two of the most mellow and down to earth people I have ever met. They go above and beyond when it comes to accommodating customers and all of their special requests. This is not your typical bakery! I have yet to try a cookie that tops Just Baked cookies. The dough is so soft, buttery and has the perfect level of sweetness. When I walk into Just Baked, I instantly feel comforted by the beautiful aroma, artwork and great music. Each and every member of the staff is so welcoming and helpful when it comes to making that super tough decision about what to order. Even if you don’t have a sweet tooth, I promise Just Baked has something to offer you. Just go check it out, and see for yourself!
