We visited this bakery on its second day after the opening and it left much to be desired. The service lacked warmth, and the managerâs demeanor came across as unapproachable and dismissive. Pricing information was not displayed and left us guessing, the only available menu was a basic printout A4 sheet listing items such as leek quiches for $16.95, or chocolate croissant at $6 which seemed unreasonable. Given this one and only experience, it would be difficult for me to recommend the bakery at this time.
Answer to owner: Thank you for taking the time to respond to my review. While I appreciate your effort to address my concerns, I feel your reply misses the mark and comes across as defensive rather than constructive, not sure why?!
First and foremost, the intention of my review was to share my honest experience, not to debate every detail of my visit. Instead of justifying your teamâs actions or pricing decisions, it would have been more professional to acknowledge my perspective and use it as an opportunity to improve considering that it is your second location openingâŠ
As someone who is also from France, I found your comment about Saint-Tropez pricing particularly off-putting. I assure you that a chocolate croissant is not $5.50 even in high-end bakeries there, nor is a quiche priced as high as $16.95. While I understand that operating costs in Boca Raton may differ, dismissing my viewpoint with such comparisons does not make any sense as we you are comparing two different countries, a quick google search can help pull up bakeries there and prices displayed at my lower cost.
Additionally, your tone in certain parts of the response felt condescending, which does little to encourage me to give your establishment another chance. I hope future customersâ feedback is met with a more open-minded and understanding approach.
Wishing you the best as you continue to grow...

I had the pleasure of visiting Vincentâs French Bakery on their grand opening day, and it was an absolute treat! The ambiance is charming and cozy, reminiscent of a quaint Parisian cafĂ©.
The highlight for me was their Madelines and almond croissantâboth were perfectly crafted with just the right balance of flavor and texture. The Madelines were light and buttery, while the almond croissant was decadently flaky and filled with a rich almond paste that melted in your mouth.
To accompany these delights, I ordered a latte and an Americano, both of which were expertly brewed. The latte was creamy and smooth, while the Americano had a bold, robust flavor that coffee lovers will appreciate.
The staff was welcoming and attentive, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. Vincentâs French Bakery is a must-visit for anyone who loves authentic French pastries and quality coffee. I canât wait to come back and try more...
