Horrible experience! I ordered the #1 which is the famous star meal, my husband ordered the double western burger, and fried zucchini. when we got home, and were sitting down to relax and eat, we realized my #1 burger was missing, and the fries were cold as heck. I called the restaurant to let them know, (I didn't even mention the fries) and the girl was questioning everything I got, which was fine, and told me I could come back to get the sandwich. ok great! well I got there, pulled up to the window, and she was trying to tell me she didn't recognize my car... ok well same car, but my husband was driving. so she gets my sandwich, which she got in less than 10 seconds, so I knew it was gunna be old by now, and then hands it to me, and I say thank you, and drive away. as I'm driving away I decide to check and make sure i got the right sandwich, NOPE! First of all, I could tell through the wrapper the Bun was hella hard, and then I opened it up, and there was a glob of pickles on one side of the burger, and ketchup all over the place. no lettuce, no onions, no tomatoes, just the meat cheese, ketchup and pickles and hard bun. so I turn around, and go BACK to the restaurant, and the girl doesn't even come to the window, a guy does, (who had just been sitting out back of the store smoking) and I hand him the burger and say this isn't what I ordered, this is not the #1 burger. He seemed confused, and told me to keep the burger I was given, and he would make another. I made him take the old burger because I wouldn't even let my dogs eat that. then I hollered at the girl and just asked for a refund. What do you know, she didn't know how to do that, and she was wanting to know what was wrong with what i was given. i explained to her it wasnt the right sandwich, and then she was confused because she didnt even know what the #1 was supposed to be! So once again, the guy came over, took 3-4 minutes and gave me a refund for the sandwich along with the new sandwich, which honestly at that point I didn't even want. There's nothing Special about going to a Fast- Food Drive Thru late at Night, close to closing. The poor young person, who was working alone, did their best. We got both a ""Chocolate 🍫 🫕 " Milkshake" for me & a ""Strawberry 🍓" Milkshake" for Rodger. They were the typical Chemical Fast-Food Milkshakes that I can get at any Fast Food Restaurants. I will say that it was nice to be able to get any Milkshake at 9:30pm on a Wednesday night in Idaho! Our better dining options tend to close early on Weekdays. This is Idaho, not New York or Chicago. We aren't Iowa 🌽, like people in Chicagoland think we are! I was grateful, as I always am, that my mom brought me food and helped out a starving homeless person who has no money 💰, phone, or Identification. The fine people at my Mom's Church are helping Roger get back on his feet 🐾, just like they helped and supported me when I was "Between Homes 🏘️ and Staying with a Church friend ("this is my mom's clever PC term for "homeless son") in Meridian!" When attempting to give order at the drive thru, the Drive thru worker who ended up being a male middle aged Hispanic manager cut me off after the first burger to ask me if that’s it. When I told him no and to give me one second, he proceeded to cut me off rudely and said he can’t wait forever because he has a full lobby of people. I said what? Extremely shocked he would say something like that. He then snapped again saying repeating “I won’t wait forever I have a full lobby of people”. I said “Excuse me?!” How incredibly rude and unprofessional way to talk to people. I started ordering my second sandwich when he cut me off again saying he will help me again in a second because he’s helping other people now. When he returned after about 3 minutes, I ordered my second sandwich. Immediately I was cut off by him giving me a total before I was done ordering, when I told him I wasn’t done yet he got extremely snappy and rude again. As someone who has worked in customer service for years, including fast food, that is no way to talk to customers at all. It would be one thing if I was rude, but I was pleasant and met with extreme disrespect. You guys should be ashamed promoting someone to represent your company in that manner. Never...
