Unfortunately i have to give a three because when my boyfriend and i walked in no one was behind the counter so we politely waited and assumed the employee was just caught up with an important task at the moment. After about five minutes she walked over to us and we knew our orders ahead of time, but she didnt say anything. like not a word just stared at us?? And i was taken aback because something as simple as a “hello!” And a smile would have made me much less likely to ever write a review for a place my friends and i love coming to so much! Ive always had great service and product, which has made it worth the price (i miss when finola worked here). Anyways i was just upset that the girl couldnt even say hello, its rude and as someone who has worked in a similar food environment i know that sometimes work is tiring, but no matter what u smile and put ur best foot forward. I was disappointed in her attitude, but in addition i want to be clear not having her immediate attention was not the source of our frustration, had she had said “be with u in a minute!” Or “sorry for the wait”, i wouldnt have even batted an eye. At least this is how i treat my customers at work. But regardless there was no one else there so im j confused why her attitude was off. Read moreI visited Rush Bowls today with my wife, and the experience was very disappointing. The staff member behind the counter acted like making our order was a burden no greeting when we walked in, spoke in a flat monotone voice, and gave off a negative attitude the entire time. On top of that, our smoothie and bowl were made incorrectly. For the price point ($25–$30 for a smoothie and a small bowl), I expect at least decent customer service, if not better. As a Navy veteran, I don’t think it’s too much to ask for a simple order to be made correctly with a respectful attitude. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.
