Mod Pizza in Bonney Lake: A Disappointing Experience

Yesterday I visited the Mod Pizza location in Bonney Lake, and I have to say, it was an extremely underwhelming experience. Me & friends arrived 20-25 minutes before closing time, and we ordered 3 pizzas, only to be met with a disappointing result.

The pizzas were clearly underbaked, with the cheese melted and the vegetables still raw. It was evident that the staff was rushing to close for the day and had not properly cooked our order. When we brought this to the attention of the staff, they simply apologized without making any effort to rectify the situation.

This level of service and food quality is simply unacceptable, especially for a pizza establishment. Bonney Lake is home to several renowned pizza places that are known for their delicious pizza’s , but Mod Pizza failed to live up to those standards.

I cannot recommend this Mod Pizza location to anyone looking for a satisfying pizza experience. The staff's inability to handle customer complaints and the overall subpar quality of the food make this place not worth visiting. There are far better options in the Bonney Lake area that deserve...

So I had a pretty horrible day and then my pizza was all wrong but the team at mod are true experts in customer service. I kindly called the bonney lake store and spoke to the amazing Aiden, and amazing should be on his name tag. After I calm explained the proble andbddue to injury why i couldn't drive to get the correct pizzas he did everything possible to get it fixed even at the end of his shift when he should be heading home. I followed his directions and called the dispatch team where I met the magnificent Meaghan she was so kind and got the order resent out, then there is Lucas who adjectives just don't live up too, like totally a great hardworking guy. He came into handle the last bit of play for a total touchdown in the customer service game. To the owner of this store you have a great team and I hope you remember these 3 when it comes time for bonus or raises. The date is 3/24 at 11:06. When I went in the lady walked by me twice. Had a disgusted look on her face and never said hello. I’ll be with you in a moment. Nothing. She finally came to take the order couldn’t find her pen she got upset then she had to go find gloves and she threw them in the floor when they wouldn’t go on, which is not an issue, but her attitude was very bad and then she put pineapples on my pizza and I said I didn’t ask for pineapples. I asked for mushrooms, green peppers and sausage and she said well do you want me to remake it and I said well I’m not gonna eat pineapples on my pizza and she just threw it in the trash, really unsatisfying like it upset her that she had to remake the pizza.
