My fiancé and I recently enjoyed a delightful dining experience at our local Chick-fil-A in Bonney Lake, and it truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the attention to detail and thoughtful design of the parking lot, which offered ample space and easy access, a rarity in this area. The pedestrian-friendly layout was a refreshing change from other restaurants in Bonney Lake, showcasing the skillful work of the Civil Engineers involved in its creation.

Upon entering, we were warmly greeted and immediately feeling the inviting ambiance of the restaurant. The staff were incredibly hospitable, offering excellent recommendations and ensuring that our dining experience was nothing short of exceptional.

When our food arrived, we were blown away by the quality and taste of our sandwiches. After a disappointing experience with undercooked chicken sandwiches elsewhere, biting into the perfectly cooked spicy chicken sandwich at Chick-fil-A was a true delight. The flavors were outstanding, and each bite was a testament to the care and attention to detail put into crafting their menu.

My first time to a Chick-fil-A! I downloaded the app and ordered online before driving over to pick everything up. It was very easy to do so and very intuitive. You can also keep track of their rewards program through the app too.

Double lane drive through means that more people can squeeze through pretty quickly. There were employees by the menu boxes taking orders to speed things up. The only drawback I could see with this system is if you get your order pretty quick, then you are stuck in line until the people ahead of you get their food.

The food was pretty good! Not sure if it was what at the level that everyone hyped it up to be but it was close. Pretty tasty chicken! My drinks, unfortunately, met a end over my all weather floormats because two spot drink carriers are not force neutral. (Set it one way and it will tip when you turn, set it the other way and it'll tip when you stop/go) I tried to support the drinks as best I could but a gentle turn tipped them over and both lids came off and spilled everything all over my floor. I should have just put them in my cup holders, pretty bumming...

One star off just because the views held by the company. Nothing that this location or any employee contributed to but sad...

Very disappointing to say the least. Employee walked past our vehicle and onto the ones behind us to take their order. Had to shout hey helloooo to get her attention...she comes to the car and takes our order. Cool....we get to the window, told to pull up and wait being that they took 4 other cars before they came to us. No worries. I had ordered the lemon kale chicken salad...maaan it did NOT live up to the hype. I got absolutely NO Kale...not even one.The chicken was cold and made by someone that doesn't know what seasoning is let alone salt. It was absolutely disgusting and waste of money. Toddler wouldn't even eat the grilled nuggets. Going to stick to Puyallup location as they have AMAZING service as well as seasoned chicken. Please stick to making your own if this location is your only option....unless you too make and like your foods bland and cold as if it sat out...
