Every employee was nice but it literally looked like they didn't have a manager on staff. It the opening week essentially and they only had one person at the register that would also leave to fulfill orders instead of staying at the register when the line is out the door. It felt like they were understaffed and employees were doing two jobs at once. If there is two registers and the line is almost out the door, utilize both. I waited 40 minutes to order a smoothie and another 15 to receive the smoothie. The slow service is not her fault. It’s the owners fault for not hiring And tracking their staffing appropriately as well as not stepping in when needed on days like this.

They didn't know what they were doing and no apology for the delay even when the drink had been sitting on their back counter. It took several minutes just to get eye contact with one of the employees so we could talk to them, they were studiously trying to ignore us.
