Really hard to rate, I didn’t receive my meal, they messed up my order and my party got food and I didn’t. Funny part is prior to receiving our food I called them out on the total I paid, they discovered I overpaid $10 and gave it back.(This is a cash only business). After receiving the order I asked for a receipt, WELL they don’t have those, really? So they held up the line to hand write one for me, turns out they still owed me even more money. I told them to keep it,…. I hope they spend it on receipt tape, Or hire someone who listens when you’re ordering. You have missed the point, GIVING A RECEIPT would have avoided all of this BS! This year (although portion was very generous) Lobster Roll just didn't hit the spot, not sure it was even fully cooked. Was not as tasty or melt in you mouth as years past. As in life things change and so has DD's. From a place I used to have on my list as a must stop for Lobster rolls to a slash across the page leading me to new local places to try and replace and old favorite. Maybe the will step up there game but for a $30.00 Lobster roll I am happy to venture on to seek new local shops/restaurants in the area. Read moreI wish I could say how the food was, but I can't. Didn't even get that far. It's 2021 in a high-traffic tourist area and they are cash only?? Whatever, that's their choice, it's a free country. Only problem is, there's literally NO SIGNAGE telling patrons this, and we looked everywhere. So you wait in line, get up to the counter and place your order, only to find out when you go to hand them the credit card that voila it's cash only. My reaction to that was "Oh, I didn't see a sign anywhere, sorry..." and the guy gives me this icy blank stare without saying a thing, like I'm the problem. I truly am sorry, I don't carry wads of cash on my person, which is what I would have needed with a bigger than usual party. Won't attempt to go back.
