Chicken Salad Chick — Restaurant in Bossier City

I am extremely frustrated with this place right now. I stopped in after making an online order. I went through the drive thru window. Grabbed the bag of food, tipped $4 in cash and drove away. I have never had a problem in the past…I got home (over 25 minute drive away) gave mom her pimento cheese and went to open my salad. There was no salad. There were two scoops of chicken salads on top of a tiny piece of decorative lettuce. No tomatoes, no cucumbers. The two extra pickle spears that I paid for were tiny and one looked like there had been a bite taken out of it. I had been dreaming about this salad all day. So, I start calling to figure out what went wrong. I called over 20 times and no answer. The machine says they’re busy. At this point, I’m pretty livid. So, I drive all the way back (over 25 mins.) I get there and the place is pretty empty. So, I say I want to speak to a manager, at this point, I don’t want your salad. The manager has to be tracked down. Smoking? Bathroom? Who knows? Anyway, I show them the product and the receipt and they look hard at everything and tell me that I can’t get a refund until the gm comes back tomorrow. I definitely don’t want the salad now. I get everyone’s names. I may go back tomorrow for y refund, but at this point I’m too incensed over the fact that I’ve wasted time and gas and still have to drive further down the road to Newks to get dinner. I’ll revise this review if things are made right. Otherwise, this place has lost a pretty frequent customer. Someone should always be available to answer calls. Someone should ALWAYS be available to issue refunds, because things happen. No one should ever have to come back another day to have their...

Okay I've had it. DONT GET PICK UP FROM THIS LOCATION. So when they are lazy, you can confront them inside. The only reason I didn't go in today was because I have my toddler in the back seat. I was craving CSC so much, but every time, I have to deal with the gen z workers forgetting my items OR GIVING ME HALF A CUP OF COKE? What's that about? The first time I got pick up, my husband went to get it, and they forgot my sprite and side of fruit. I called and they said I could come get new ones anytime and I thought that was cool whatever. Tonight, I ordered a chicken salad melt with NO CHEESE, but they put cheese on it anyway because they are too busy talking in there, I'm sure. Every time I go, it's dead. Then I paid the extra $2 for extra toppings on my grape salad, and I didn't get it. Then they almost forgot my coke, and she only filled it halfway. Like WHAT?! I drove home so angry. Im also peeved that when I pulled up to the window, no one came for a few minutes. It was so dead. Then when the girl opened the window she looked annoyed and was like um yes? And im like, um, picking up my order? Like why else would I be...

Ok, so I absolutely LOOOVE this place and I go often for lunch because it's close enough to where I work on Benton Rd and their food has always, ALWAYS been fresh. More than I can say about most fast food places around here and shreveport... with that being said, I ordered my regular salad order today and was getting ready to eat after putting the dressing on. While stirring I was noticing more and more how old it looked. Took a bite... idk if any of you have ever bit into a bad peice of Roman Lettuce but.... its absolutely disgusting!! Most of my salad was Full of it!!! Come on, ya'll are better than this!!! It looked and tasted like something that was made and sit in the refrigerator for a week.. very disappointed...
