First impression on entering the newly renovated, newly named "Smokehouse Market", was trendy, classy, upscale, modern, chic, super clean, love the layout, but also warm and inviting. It was a place you would want to sit and enjoy a family dinner.a place you were glad you came to. A restaurant for business, dates, an individual, all occasion dining with great seating offered. The employees, all staff were very friendly and made you feel they were glad you came. Walked over to the counter where you look at the menu on the board or paper and place your order.our teenage daughter was asking questions about some items and the front manager went and got the chef/co owner and he said "you have celiac"? It was a relief how knowledgeable he was and showed her what she could have on the menu that was strictly gluten free. This was amazing, she could order a wonderful meal and know it was safe to eat. The cooks preparing her gluten free meal were also knowledgeable about cross contamination. Thank you for this, you now have another restaurant that has gluten free items, safe for celiacs. The meals aren't cheap, but reasonable when you compare it to the portion size and the quality of the food. The menu offers food that is prepared, plated and presented, as a five star restaurant. The taste is a five star restaurant that makes you want to talk about what you will try next. Can't wait to go back. Would recommend that everyone should try this great restaurant.

North Bossier now has another great restaurant to...

Easily the worst restaurant experience in a very long time. We had a table of five. We waited 15 minutes standing in line to order. Waited 20 more minutes for our name to be called. Four out of five of our meals went back to the kitchen because they were simply to cold to eat. Cold fries. Cold beans and rice. Cold burger. I simply cannot understand how they could get so many details wrong! The replacement food went back a second time. THe only plate that did not go back the first time was the ribs, and they were barely warm but by then she was too hungry to argue. One of our friends decided after getting a second cold bowl of beans and rice that it was time to get his money back. By then we had been there over an hour. Three of us spent $75 on lunch!! I was charged $18 for cold french fries "call Swamp Fries" when that isn't what I wanted. I wanted the $8 fries with the crawfish queso. The manager did not display empathy because of the mix up. We will not be back!

There is no soda fountain. You purchase a bottle drink and when it's gone, it's gone or you stand in line to buy another.

Horrible first experience but I doubt we will be back. It's twelve miles from our house and we pass a lot of great restaurants...

Had the BBQ pork sandwich, and it was spot-on—juicy without being overly wet. The sauce was exceptional and clearly made from scratch. I’m a BBQ fanatic, and I’ve never had anything quite like it.

We also ordered the bayou swamp fries, and they are a meal on their own. Hand-cut fries piled high with crawfish, shrimp, pulled pork, and white queso, served on their own platter. My wife and I both ate our fill, and we still had plenty to take home.

Considering how much food you get, I honestly can’t believe how low the prices are. It might actually be cheaper than eating at home.

Service was excellent—both our server and one of the cooks checked in multiple times. The remodel of the interior is a huge upgrade from the previous restaurant, giving it a refined, high-end meat market feel.

With everything made from scratch on-site by a certified chef and his team, this place is a major win for Bossier City. We’ll...

The worst $58 meal I've had in a long time. A long line to order. When the cashier was taking our order and asked if we wanted sodas, we said yes. I turned around and it was 20 oz bottles, no refills. It took 45 minutes to get our food. A catfish po-boy (no tartar sauce) was delivered on a French baguette, with two very small fillets. Ordered the beef tri-tip which was delivered at room temp and had gristle, not tender at all. After paying for 3 sides, it was supposed to be white cheddar Mac & cheese, which tasted like Velveeta Mac and cheese, baked beans were ok but a small portion, and the fries were decent. That was the most overpriced, take your order at the counter with one register open, fast food joint, that I've been to in a while.

The food was fantastic, fresh cut fries to die for and that cobb salad is by far one of the best in the Ark-la-tex! The house dressing that came with it had a unique flavor with a slight kick. Brownie was way too sweet so if that is your thing 😋 but we couldnt eat much. Bathrooms super clean as well. Only thing which justbmakes for a strange vibe is how the upperscale entrees don't match the dining asthetic.
