Blank Street — Restaurant in Boston

It's a very busy location. When they get super busy, they lock the door and don't let people enter even if you placed an "order ahead" order. So, if you ordered ahead 10 minutes before you arrive, you won't be able to go in to grab the coffee. Had to pick up a coffee 30 minutes after it was ordered today because they locked the front door and sent me away when I'd originally arrived. The coffee itself was a little gross, because it was an iced coffee grabbed 30 minutes late. Not really worth the amount it cost and the barista tip that is automatically added when you check out online (which is kind of funny considering the barista is the one who locked everyone out lol).

If you like Blank Street, the coffee itself is just like all of the other locations. The folks working there are nice too. But I'd recommend not ordering ahead here if you do go, just in case they...

I’ve been visiting this coffee shop regularly, and I have to say, the experience is always fantastic thanks to Aubri! As a barista, Aubri goes above and beyond to make each drink perfectly, with so much care and attention to detail. I honestly love the coffee here, it’s one of my go-tos. Service is very fast as well. However, the staff here needs some serious improvement. They’re unprofessional and way too comfortable doing so in front of customers. I get it, not everyone loves their job. But going on loud rants about how you “hate making coffee for a living” while people are sitting there trying to enjoy the coffee that you so hated making for them is wild.
