EXTREMELY poor customer service! Let's begin that it took LITERALLY almost 3 minutes to spell the name of my street. Every time I spelled it for her, she would get the FIRST LETTER INCORRECT. Once my address and meal (which took another 7 minutes to order ONLY 3 things) was FINALLY established, I was told from the same staff member that my food will be delivered in 25 minutes. False, it took 45 minutes. Come to find out, my order was incorrect. I have a physical menu that says they have VEGGIE RICE; So I ordered VEGGIE RICE. I called and was given some lame excuse. They claim that they don't have veggie rice as an option (although I was reading it with my own eyes, "VEGGIE RICE") and that they hired new staff and that it's "not the staff's fault that the order is incorrect" So, whose is it? I certainly didn't enter the order myself on their system. So explain to me HOW? The staff gave incorrect information (mentioning food that's not even served there) and the customer is supposed to be held responsible? I don't think so. Then I was met with disgusting attitude. "What do you want me to do?" REMEDY THE SITUATION. But since I'm so turned off by your incompetent staff, I don't even want your sub par food. I want my money back! An I will be sure to inform others that this place only serves headaches, so stay clear.
Lastly, CHECK THE PRICE ON THE MENU, GET A PHYSICAL COPY they overcharged me. The physical menu prices are not the prices they are reading to you over the phone. The online menu differs also from the physical copy (the prices are cheaper and there's food listed that they actually don't have).
What pisses me off even more is that I'm super chill, calm, and peaceful, and this is the energy that was given because of their negligence. I get it, you probably don't want to be at work during a pandemic; however, that's not my fault either. Respect your customers and train...

I placed in order that took forever to arrive & they (the Uber driver they sent) delivered the absolute wrong order from a completely different restaurant! When I tried calling in to inform them of the issue and how I never received my order--the woman gave me an attitude and told me "no no, sorry I don't know what you want" and proceeded to speak to me as if she didn't understand I wasn't calling to place an order. After pretending to be incompetent, she, like a light switch said in a flat tone there's nothing she can do about it and hung up. I then call back minutes later to see if maybe there was a language barrier and I could speak with someone else, she dog whistles to him "ugh, the Uber order" to which he comes to the phone with the same unpleasantries and tells me out right "LOOK, I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THIS...SORRY, NOT MY PROBLEM OKAY!? I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THIS!!!" And proceeded to pretend they never had my order the first 3 times trying to confirm who I was when it was clearly out and marked!
I've never been spoken to so disrespectfully, and honestly--it seemed a bit inflated. To make matters worse, what "business" doesn't have time for their customer's!? Absolutely ludacris. I received MUCH better service and a greater quality food at an actual take out restaurant for better prices! Read moreI have been a customer here for over two years and have usually had a decent experience. My last order was taken by a man who spoke very poor English. It was a struggle to communicate my order to him, I should have known my order would have been wrong. The food came in a timely manner but the driver was on his phone and barely acknowledged my existence as I tried to pay, when I noticed the order was wrong (I was handed two sandwiches instead of one and a pizza) he could barely break away from his conversation to tell me that he cant help that I need to call the store back. When I called I was told it would be another 40 minutes for the pizza and that they were going to charge my card for the extra $2 price difference. I questioned the need to charge me the extra money since they messed up my order and I would have to wait another 40 minutes, I was refused the courtesy. I did not have poor food quality issues as other reviewers but I cannot in good conscience give my business to a company that does not care about me as a client. I opted to take a refund and never give them my business again, Windy City Pizza will get mine...
