Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Boston

If I could give zero stars I would, I ordered online a Alfredo pasta bread bowl I specifically marked it with NO CHICKEN, I ordered it two hours before they even opened when I get there the girl at the front that is ALWAYS in a bad mood told me it was still in the oven, I told her very politely okay thank you, and I sat waiting after 20 minutes of me waiting for my food she yells out " YOUR ORDERED IT WITH NO CHICKEN?" I said yes it was just the Alfredo pasta in a bread bowl she very stupidly dropped my food on the floor and yelled " THIS IS CRAZY" well you should of paid attention to your job in the first place and treat customers better, after she comes to me and says so I put chicken on your food I have to make you another one, I looked at her and said "No thank you" The way she treated me was insane I am not one to write bad reviews but after what she did I had too, I left and went to the place next door which is WAY better and the customer service there is awesome and also the food, I understand shes by herself working but that is not my problem she should not have treated me that way, either domino's fire that girl or talk some sense to her and get more workers to help her because the way its going no one is going to want to go there. It was my 7th time and the last time visit to that store. Whenever I went there, the African woman (having bread hair) always in a bad mood and treated very bad. I always ignored and got scared from her. Today, she shouted at me in an insulting way when I told her not to put sauce on my pizza. I also got angry and had arguments with her. She put the yellow sauce on my pizza, which I told her not to put!!!!! Last time when I was there, she gave me wrong pizza topping pizza and since I was scared of her due to her arrogant, rude and unprofessional behavior so I didn’t say a word and took that pizza. However, today was the day when she shouted again as usual. It was an awful experience for me and I will tell all my friends, office colleagues and everyone in my circle not to go to that store only and only because of her rude, arrogant, impolite, insulting, unbearable behavior.!!!!! She should do anger management course and also have to do some other courses to learn some manners to deal with customers. Never to that store again!!!!! I am not someone to ever leave negative reviews unless it is necessary. I have given this location two other tries and have been disappointed EVERY time. This time was the last straw. I ordered online and had to wait 45 minutes after the driver left for my delivery - I live 8 minutes away. When I called to ask where the driver was, they don't answer the phones. My food has always arrived cold and is always wrong. ALWAYS. When you call to talk to an actual person, it sounds like a fax machine answers so I am not sure what's going on with their phone system. Please, please don't give this location your money. Also every time they deliver, they call you and say they are outside and make you come to their car. How is that delivery service? I understand this is just pizza and I shouldn't be getting that worked up about it but that's just my point. It's pizza! They don't even have to come up with their own recipes or anything and they STILL always get it wrong. I don't respect people that don't care about their customers. Please don't...
