I'd give it zero stars if I could. Two thirds through eating our dinner and I spotted a MOUSE scurrying around the floor. It was still early in the evening (around 5:30) so there weren't many people there. Our waitress saw me freaking out, came over to see what was going on, when I told her I saw the mouse she sort of denied it, until it went right by again where she couldn't not see it. She "went to go tell the manager." The manager strolls over in street clothes, looking like there's a million other places that he'd rather be, and "assures" me that there's only one mouse, that they've been trying to catch him and just haven't been able. Right. Because mice only travel alone? I don't think so, where there's one visible mice, there's 20 or more in the wall.
We were so utterly disgusted. They "discounted" our ticket (whoopdee freakin' do, they took about 10 bucks off the $50 bill). Thankfully we were only there because I had won a gift certificate, so I didn't actually pay anything.
Food was bland, poorly cooked, and under seasoned. Service was okay, at least in regard to the waitress she did what a waitress should've done in the situation, but overall it wasn't customer service award of the century.
tl;dr version: STAY AWAY...
Read moreIf I could give this establishment a zero star I would, but apparently it is not allowed. I just watched the staff literally drop a man from three feet int the air directly onto the concrete and hit his back and head. This is not an appropriate way to treat any human being, regardless of their level of intoxication, ever. I will not ever be coming back. This was the most insane event I’ve ever witnessed. I am shocked and horrified. IN RESPONSE TO YOUR MESSAGE: I respectfully disagree. I was not watching his behavior inside the establishment. However, I did watch YOUR staff walk through the door, and intentionally and forcefully drop him from a few feet off the ground onto his back. Again, your staffs behavior WAS intentional. No human being on this planet deserves to be treated this way. Surely, any sane person can agree with that statement. If you don't believe that your staff can do better than you have some thinking to do. Imagine if that was your son. You sure would be embarrassed of his behavior in the establishment, but would you expect a staff person to deliberately harm your child? I'd surely hope not. Sarah...
Read moreI went there for a birthday brunch to listen to some music which was great! On Sunday the reggae band was good. That's what saved the mail. There was a group of us about 12. The waiter took everybody's order. I had the BLT sandwich and I ordered a nice beer to wash it down. After one set from the music most of the food came. Couple of people did not get their food at all and one person sent back their food and got their replacement and those people who didn't receive their food from the original order still didn't get their food. Very disappointed in the service. The food was good and the band was good. That's why I gave them two stars. Other than that, no accommodations were made. We asked for the manager. No one showed up at the table and the people who didn't get their food ended up leaving because we're hungry. Very disappointed after hearing such good things about their food. The entertainment was on point but everything else bad. I don't know if I'll be coming back or recommend anyone to come back if they can't handle what...
