My niece wanted Avocado Toast w Tomatoes, Everything Bagel Minis, and strawberry donut. As I continue to order the food, I asked for strawberry donut and everything bagel minis. He told me that you can see we didn't have any. With a rude and attitude tone. Okay. It's fine when you are out of a certain product but there is no reason to be rude and have an attitude. Once we got our avocado toast with tomatoes and sat down to eat it. There was no tomatoes on it. I went back and told them that their isn't any tomatoes on it. He started to argue with me, yet again. With an attitude and being rude.

It takes me a lot to get mad. This place has done it and no customer service at all. Something...

I cant believe i had an experience so bad at a dunkin.... it's bad enough that we have to pay double at the airport only to get the worst service possible but let's add in the staff opened almost 10 mins late while watching a line form as we tried to get our coffees before our flights. I was the 3rd customer to start the day and was told they didn't have any bagels and when I tried to pay with my dunkin app I was told they do not accept the app. If I could have just walked away with enough time to get something else...

My lactose friends, beware of this woman. She’ll make your coffee with milk and then get angry at you for telling her that you asked for almond milk. She also reused the same cup that had milk in it and then got even angrier that i asked for a new cup and insulted my mom with 10 different slurs. She threatened us and tried coming out behind the counter and her manager had to hold her back. This woman does not deserve a job here, she’s full of rage and anger and is capable of...
