Everytime i go to this dunks the service is always fast and the order is made correctly. Anna always greets you with a smile, and if you are a regular, she will be sure to learn your order

So . it really depends on what time you go in to get coffee here . the morning crew is great . the crew that they have working in the afternoon does not know how to function. You have four people standing behind the counter and only one person is helping customers . instead of being in and out quickly, you are waiting 10 minutes for a non toasted bagel, and the five sandwich orders taken after yours go out first. Or you place an on the go order and you are waiting 10 minutes for that. Its taken multiple interactions with the same people for me to take my original 5 star review of this place to drop it down to 2. The service has gone downhill especially in the afternoons . nevermind the fact that the doors say that they are open til 8 and half the employees decide to close at...

I am a regular customer I come in Monday through Sunday. Your weekday crew is the BEST. Your weekend crew is horrendous. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They will be the reason I don't ever come back. I got grub hub delivered FOR one time in my entire life, I got my order opened it up and everything but 3 donuts (The only food I ordered) Wasn't in it.

I called the store to see if it was okay for my driver to be nice enough to go back to grab them, each time I called they'd hang up the phone on me.

How unprofessional!!! I wasn't mad. Now I am fuming.

I'm done with this location for good. You will not get another dime from me.

My grub hub driver was amazing, it's YOUR store. They need to learn to the answer the phone because this could've been solved and not blown out...

So this is NOT my regular DD I just so happened to be in route to somewhere and needed my morning fix . I was in a mood but when I walked into this DD the Spanish manager was so humble and kind. She talked to all the customers with a greeting and please answer thank you ! You can tell when ppl love their jobs . This helped my morning so much to walk into this setting and be greeted .
