Check me out on google reviews, i have 2 million views! And Wow! I am absolutely disgusted with this place. I went to the b terminal dunkin before you get to the last b gates. As an avid coffee drinker, and someone who visits dunkin every morning, i was surprised when I walked in(Sunday the 10th, around noon), the staff was PISSED about -something-, they all had an attitude with each other, and the customers. Id like to point out that i had not had any unsealed food for about 24 hours before i came here. They were also out of vanilla, caramel, most of their food, etc...I was about to catch a flight and I ordered a large Frappuccino, and was given a medium. It tasted like trash. After I was done with it, I immediately got terribly, horribly sick and stayed that way(on a FLIGHT) until about an hour ago. I have been waiting to feel better to come write this review. I honestly feel like someone messed with my drink. You people need to check your cameras and make sure that your horribly, horribly, disgruntled employees are not messing with people's food. I will never go to a dunkin again in my life. Thanks. I wish I could've kept the cup to have it analyzed in a lab. With the way this place is managed, I don't even think the management probably even looks at reviews, but...
Read moreManager was too busy gossiping while I ordered that she gave me the wrong order. I stood and waited for my coffee and she waved to the stand and said your coffee is there. I thanked her and walked away. After drinking a few sips I looked at the tag realizing that there was hazelnut syrup in the coffee- I had ordered an ice pumpkin swirl, not the nutty pumpkin as I am allergic to nuts. After going back to confront the manager and ask for a new coffee she told me it was my fault because I took the wrong drink… the one she instructed me to take. Here’s to hoping I did not consume enough for a reaction but definitely not how I want to start my travel day. Shame on...

The cashier Elizabeth was extremely rude and unprofessional to the client in front of me I thought that was an issue with his order, but then when was my turn I ordered a pumpkin latte with lactose free milk, instead I got an ice latte , so I asked the other lady making the coffee to changed it, she agreed but then Elizabeth started to yelled at me from her area of work , she was so rude and unprofessional, no customer service at all, I just left with the same coffee and had to throw it in the garbage .I feel bad for the clients coming to this...
