No line when placing my order. Person at register Salou I believe is his name was taking my order and at the same time attending employees. He could not get my order right, all I wanted was a sugar-free caramel syrup, and he kept insisting I was asking for hazelnut sugar-free syrup he continued talking and asking questions I ask him to please give me a moment to explain to him the order that I want, but he kept rushing me. And again no one in line waiting. I repeated my order more than three times. All I wanted was one medium sized sugar-free caramel latte. With almond milk when he handed over the drink, I had to ask again if this was a sugar-free syrup as I am a diabetic, and he started talking very loud to me, insisting that I ordered a caramel latte and that I needed to decide which drink I needed. I looked at him and told him he should have a better approach with his customers. That he was rude. I left the drink, and as I was walking away, he was then saying I can remake your drink. I believe that he should’ve offered it from the beginning, and not argue with what he thought I had ordered. Very bad service I usually don’t order from Dunkin’ Donuts. Read moreIt's a typical Dunkin, so it's the good old reliable option in Boston. The coffee is all right, and the Apple Fritter was decent. I was surprised to see the filling in the Fritter, mostly because I usually don't see that at other places (ex, small Donut shops or Tim Hortons). I think next time, I should probably get a cake Donut, since I've heard dunking the Donut in the coffee is usually a good idea here (though, I'm not sure how many people actually do it at Dunkin Donuts), and cake Donuts are better for that. I think the only thing I would recommend for this place is to maybe manage their line a bit better. I think many people didn't know where the line forms, and the staff didn't really correct or indicate it to people, which led to many customers being confused when I went. This should be simple to resolve (just talk to the customers if they're doing the wrong thing), but I do get that it takes effort. One of the managers name is Saruf or Sofur I don't remember exactly but, I'm a Dunkin donuts customer for 20 years and I am a driver I drink 4 coffees every day just being on the road........ Been a lot of dunkins but this one take it to different level I am surprised somebody hasn't shoot those managers yet and also can win a 🏆 being the first place from the last....... The only dunkin's or only place that I know that managers and workers don't care at all even to the point that they make an excuse not to make the ☕ and encourage to the worker by whisperinggggggggg from the back .... not to make the coffee the way the I order .
