The view is great, definitely worth visiting once, has a pretty wide selection of wines, food is OK. BUT the outside patio is not functioning (at least lately and at the time we went here) with no nearby plans to serve there, even though you're allowed to enjoy your drink out in the patio; the menu is very limited, basically you pick among a steak, a salad, a fish and a sandwich, i.e. you can choose a basic type of food but that's pretty much it; you need to pay for parking, even though with nominal $5 if you validate, but still; it is a restaurant inside a hotel lobby and it feels like a restaurant inside a hotel lobby. Resuming, if I was to come back that would be only for the view or if I was staying at the hotel.

Bright clean spot inside the hotel with spectacular views of the harbor. The staff was extremely warm and friendly and all were wearing mask. I ordered the lobster benedict. It was highly recommended by friends who had visited here before. I would agree it was very good. It came with a side of seasoned country potatoes; which helped balance out the sweetness of the rich lobster and hollandaise sauce. I also had coffee and orange juice. The juice tasted fresh squeezed. My server Maria was so pleasant and was always present with great intuition, when I needed a refill on coffe, etc. It was a wonderful experience, and I would recommend it to any guest. They offer a full breakfast menu or a breakfast buffet.

This place is a hidden gem. Why? Because it's got some of the best views of the Boston skyline, it's not packed, the food is good and not expensive. This is a restaurant that it's on the Hyatt property and sits directly on Boston Harbor. Why didn't I give it 5 stars? As a party of 3 we ordered 3 drinks, 3 soups and 3 entrees. The drinks came out over 30 mins after our order was taken (and it wasn't busy) and 2 of the soups came out cold. Not a big deal though when you have a view like this on a beautiful day. On top of it we told the server that the 2 should were cold and those were taken off our bill. Will definitely come back here again, especially when picking up/dropping off family at Logan airport.

We decided to visit on our last night before an early morning flight. The hostess was lovely and we were lucky enough to be seated by the window. An adorable older couple were seated next to us. Our server, who seemed a bit flustered, came over to take our order along with the couple next to us. He was also waiting on two larger parties of around 6-8. Our drinks and soup came out in short order. Everyone around us was getting their orders quickly, and after about 30 minutes we began to get antsy. He asked the couple next to us about their meal, and the lady told him it was mediocre. She commented to us that she couldn't believe we didn't have our food yet after he had rushed away again. I looked for our server, William, and finally made eye contact. He physically jumped, got wide-eyed, and turned around and began typing furiously on his touchscreen. (I am certain he forgot to put our order in.) He came to the table and proceeded to berate the kitchen staff and said he would check on the food and didn't know what was going on. He never once made any attempt at an apology or do anything to try and make up for it. He was nearly hostile at this point and would no longer look at or acknowledge me, even going so far as to ask my husband all pertinent questions. It was about another 20 minutes before we got our burger and fries. When asked for a dessert menu, he brought the menu (and only ONE) directly to my husband and asked him what HE wanted. We got our dessert to go. We did not leave a tip. It's honestly not that hard to be...

I ordered the Polenta Fries, 14 oz New York Strip Steak, and Vanilla Gelato.

The bread we received before our meals was dusted with an excess of garlic salt. I would have preferred if the bread was already cut for us. The bread itself was appetizing. I do commend the fact that the butter was room temperature and easily spreadable.

30 minutes later, our appetizers arrived. I never having eaten polenta fries, was surprised when I saw saw them for the first time; 8 neatly stacked fries ,4 across, two levels high. They were served with a well whipped garlic aioli. As I ate these 4 inch phalangeal effigies, by the the taste alone, I could only think that these were not worth over a dollar each.

After what I think was 45 minutes, the steaks arrive accompanied by a dish of cauliflower. The steaks are stone cold. The only remnants of heat coming from the plate, a testament to the past state of the meat . On top of the steak was a slice of seasoned butter. Due to the lack of heat, the butter remain congealed, hiding its flavor behind its lipid walls. The steak was well seasoned. The knives we cut the steak with were very dull, almost ineffectual.

The cauliflower served with the steak could've been so much better if only the cauliflower was not under cooked. It seemed they relied on the magma-like butter and cheese amalgamation, which was very delicious, to cook through the cauliflower; it did not. The cauliflower was hard.

The gelato was creamy. The gelato...

This was my first time at this establishment. It was recommended by a family member who clearly had a better experience pre-Covid than post Covid. Not that Covid has anything to do with what my husband and I experienced tonight. To begin, we waited at the bar for our table. My husband went and had to ask the greeter if our table was ready, Yawning. She replied, yes. Once seated, our waitress never brought bread , silverware or water. We had to ask three separate times for silverware. And again our cocktails. Once we ordered our appetizer, our waitress introduced another waitress as her shift ended. This started the entire conversation over again. Neither waitress knew the size of the lobsters being served. When asked both waitresses gave a hand signal in an attempt to give some sort of size to go off from. Hungry, we ordered anyway. When our food came out, it was cold and less than desirable. My husbands food had to return as it was cold. The waitress said she would warm it up. This $45.00 dinner, now turned into a microwave meal. Lastly, the bar area was covered with dust and with enough wind speed, this dust could have been easily been a new garnish in my cocktail. This establishment is not one I would go back to. My brother-in-law who recommended this place has now been removed...
