Service 🙋♂️
The moment we walked into Mul’s Diner, we felt at home. Our server, Vicky, made sure my girlfriend and I felt like regulars. Her warmth and genuine care were palpable, creating an atmosphere that was both welcoming and comforting. It’s clear that the staff at Mul’s not only love their jobs but also each other, fostering a cohesive and friendly environment. Every restaurant could learn a thing or two from the exemplary service here. Vicky’s attention to detail and friendly demeanor turned our meal into a memorable experience. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Decor 🎨
Mul’s Diner embodies everything you’d expect from a classic diner. The decor features a beautiful bar, comfortable cushioned seats, and typical wooden tables. While it may not win any design awards, the decor is functional and fits the diner theme perfectly. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged, contributing to a cozy and nostalgic atmosphere that enhances the dining experience. 🌟🌟🌟🌟
Food 🍽️
The food at Mul’s Diner is nothing short of exceptional. It’s one thing to make a pancake, but it’s another to make it thick, fluffy, and delicious. My girlfriend and I both ordered eggs, bacon, and pancakes, but I opted for the “pancake taco,” a seasonal item that became so popular it earned a permanent spot on the menu. The combination of standard breakfast items, made to perfection, was a culinary delight. Mul’s has a way of making simple food taste extraordinary. This was, without a doubt, one of my favorite and most memorable dining experiences in Boston. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
In Retrospect 🤔
Reflecting on our visit, Mul’s Diner stands out as a gem in Boston’s dining scene. The incredible service, cozy decor, and outstanding food create a dining experience that is both unique and unforgettable. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, I highly recommend stopping by Mul’s for a meal that feels like home.

Read moreThe most amazing diner experience of my life. I have always loved diners and this food was on a whole other level. I’m a southerner so I’ve mostly experienced Southern style diners, with fried chicken and honey glaze type meals. I didn’t expect to be so blown away, even though I expected Mul’s to be very good. Vicki waited on us and was a blast (She works weekends.). The food was beyond my expectations. I was with four others who felt the same way. We had eggs Benedict with hash, TWO orders of creme brûlée pancakes (because it’s so unreal that we had to experience it again), veggie omelette, chocolate chip pancakes, eggs and sausage, eggs Benedict, Funky Monkey Pancakes, and coffees. We live nine ours away and road tripped home after that meal. I thought about those creme brûlée pancakes, veggie omelette (Vicki had the cook make it with four different types of cheeses for me because I said I liked it cheesy ❤️), and home fries all the whole way home and cant wait to make it back to Boston. We decided it’s a new family tradition to take our daughter and her friends there every time we visit. I don’t even care if we eat anywhere else. It has to be the first, and probably last, stop. I wish I’d taken pictures but I was too mesmerized by the food to think of it. I don’t even remember much about what the diner looked like on the inside. I’ll never forget seeing those plates fle the first time. I looked up the place and it seems a developer wants to tear it down for a six story upgrade! Please...
Read moreNot the best but not the worst. The food was served cold, but the server was very apologetic and quickly replaced it. The breakfast potatoes were obviously frozen from a bag, but ok, just no flavor. The crime brûlée French toast had a runny topping on it but the caramelized sugar added some nice texture and crunch just wish there was more of it. The bread used was just basic sandwich bread. While the food wasn’t bad and the price was fair, what really struck out was when an employee ran through the dining room yelling at another employee jabbing her finger into her shoulder. I thought it was weird but Ignored it. Later, that same employee came out to talk to a table, and the manager or owner…not sure who she was but she wasn’t in a uniform came up to her and yelled “Becky! What are you doing?!Back of the house! NOW!” This was about when I had enough of this place. Foods ok nothing special, price is fair, but get your order to go if you don’t want to watch the staff melt down while you’re drinking...
