My friend and I were searching for a post-midnight bite when we stumbled upon this place in South Boston. The food here is typical cheap Chinese takeout food that you can get anywhere in the U.S., so when we first saw their menu, we expected to get something like Panda Express bowls. But as they say, looks can be deceiving. We got the salmon bowl and the sesame chicken, and both were far better than we anticipated. The chicken was succulent and moist within, and the salmon, too, was a cut above what one would expect from a fast-food joint. Though priced slightly higher than your typical chain, the quality and taste justified the extra cost. Although there are some late-night options available in Chinatown, Teriyaki House still manages to stand out, providing a satisfactory quick bite that doesn't skimp on quality. If you're in the area and looking for a solid meal without the wait, this might just be your spot.

While this restaurant occasionally serves passable dishes, the inconsistency in the quality is alarming—one day it's tolerable, the next it's inedible. However, the most pressing issue extends beyond the kitchen. The customer service is profoundly lacking; the staff's rudeness overshadows any potential for a pleasant dining experience. Regrettably, after multiple attempts to give this establishment the benefit of the doubt, I've decided there will be no more chances. Patrons deserve respect and quality, both of which are in short supply at Teriyaki house Oil and grease dropping from hood system above the flat Grill , gross contamination at Its best cooking raw beef and chicken next To pancake and vegetables using bare hands No gloves at all , objects and containers everywhere causing a hazard a cross the kitchen , I have reported this to proper authorities

I ordered some food December 30th 2021 I ordered a family size chicken finger cuz my daughter's literally only love chicken fingers ordered this before a few times. This is the first time more than half of the chicken fingers were not cooked fully. Only the smaller ones were fully cooked the rest of them were full with batter when you bit into them. The picture I'm taking now is from two days later eating leftovers I reheated in my air fryer and still the batter is like that I'm so disgusted. Pretty sad that I'm probably not going to order there anymore. Also the diamonds ever got my food I walked in and there was several people just was standing around nobody asked me can they help me I literally had to say hey can you come over here and let me pick up my food before somebody helps me.

Food is amazing but it takes away from the service experience. I order with Grubhub all the time & I guess the restaurant uses its own drivers, which I wasn’t aware of. Normally I tip after I receive my food from bad past experience & that’s what I was planning on doing. The driver got mad at me because I didn’t have the tip in form of cash which who uses cash any more. I tried to explain to him & show him I was going to tip on the app & he got so angry at me & told me not to order there anymore. I called the restaurant to tell them how rude he is & they just condoned him behavior. That is not how you treat paying customers. I use to work in restaurants so I get it 100% & but what could of been a $5 tip turn to .01 penny since he wanna be rude, maybe they should be paying there employees more maybe he’ll be more nice & receive more tips. No wonder this place...

Honestly, i wish i could give this place zero stars. I ordered a spicy chicken bowl, lobster Rangoon's and a spicy mayo . The delivery driver took a hour and half . and my address is literally 5 minutes away from the restaurant. The driver called at 1:12 to say he was outside and didn't pull up until 5 mins later and told me to come outside and get the food. Super rude and unprofessional. Then the driver gives me food thats not mine and the bag was open. He then proceeds to yell and curse at me about a tip he did not deserve at all. He was literally yelling and cussing at me over and over. I gave him back the food that i told him was not mine and i walked away. He then walked to my door and threw the food at it. I have this all on video. The worst part is the owner did nothing about it and would not give me my money back. Sad. This place needs to be...
