Noodle Street is an absolute gem in the heart of Boston, and my recent visit left me speechless. The Pad Thai I had there was hands down the best I've ever tasted, with perfectly cooked rice noodles, a harmonious blend of sweet and savory flavors, and a delightful medley of fresh vegetables and shrimp. Never actually eaten anything bad here at all. Minus one star for really spotty service - sometimes its great, other times you wait ages, sometimes you get ice water, sometimes its warm and...
