I ducked in during a quiet Monday morning while killing time before my train departure. Though I’d sampled their brews countless times throughout New England—both from taps and cans—this marked my inaugural visit to one of their actual taprooms. The sheer scale of the place struck me immediately; you can easily imagine this cavernous venue absolutely buzzing with sports enthusiasts during game nights and the after-work crowd. The timing of my visit meant experiencing the space in its most subdued state, but that only amplified my curiosity about its transformation during peak hours. After being completely obsessed with the Waltham location as my longtime go-to brewery I finally decided to check out the Boston spot, and let me just say: mind blown. From the moment I walked in, I was captivated by the stunning space and elevated vibe. But what truly floored me was the exceptional food and next-level table service—a total game changer!

I ordered the Basil Pesto pizza and it was perfection on a plate—bursting with flavor, fresh, and beautifully balanced. But the real surprise? The carrot halwa. One bite and I was transported straight back to my childhood kitchen. It tasted exactly like the one my mom used to make back home—warm, nostalgic, and made with so much love. That moment alone was worth the visit.

Now that I know the Boston location serves up not just great brews but unforgettable food, I’m really hoping the Waltham location follows suit and brings in that same incredible food menu and table service....
