I rather no stars.

I paid $10 plus tax for 3 slices of French toast with banana and strawberries except the bananas were brown and the strawberries were mush (frozen kind not fresh).

I am all about supporting family owned businesses but why should I not receive an eatable plate.

Well I brought it to their attention and the owner and the cashier went back fourth on who’s fault it was that I was charged what I was charged and why they sent me home with boarder line rotted fruits. I know this may sound small to some but as a consumer who works hard for hers.

I like to know I’m getting a fair return for my money.

I was offered a new plate but that’s not What I wanted. I wanted the owner to “offer” me my money back which I would’ve declined. Sometimes it’s simply showing a customer that their business is valuable.

Great food. The food is lovely but almost of them that work there have attitude problems. There’s a plus size lady that works there that takes orders and handles the cash but she has a bad attitude. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and homefries and my mom called back to order two more breakfast sandwiches WITHOUT homefries. I get there and she puts 3 sides of homefries and I explain to her, we only wanted one. She caught a whole attitude and started talking over me talking about you said 3 when we never said 3, I could clearly tell she don’t listen and listens to what she wants to hear. Poor customer service and we’re regulars, we come here all the time but I’m good, I was going to tip her for fixing the orders until she started causing a scene, getting mad and talking trash mad loud in the back. I would give it four stars BUUUUTTTT when I entered I wasn't greeted by staff nor was I guvia menu. I sat at the table for 5 mins til one of the staff was done with take away orders. When she finally came over with the menu she rushed us into ordering. My friend's food came out first n my food came out 3 mins after dud to the cook n the waitress arguing out what kind of eggs I order. I ordered the cornbeef hash n honestly it was a waste of money I should of bought a can of corn beef hash and made it myself. My friends food was even worst.
