Place is literally a joke. I use the Mobile Phone ordering service when getting a drink from there. I order the same caramel frappachino every time. It’s really nothing hard or fancy about it. I customize it to where I want only 2 pumps of frapp roast instead of 3, and 4 pumps of caramel instead of 3. You would think I was ordering a completely different drink with the way the mess it up every single time I order it. It either ends up coming out tasting to strong from them putting 3 pumps of frapp roast instead of 2 like I asked, or it comes out tasting bland with not enough pumps of caramel in it... I mean I’m not asking the world of the place, it is literally spelled out on the sticker that gets printed and stuck to the cup for them to use as a guide when making it. Today 3.30pm I waited around 20 minutes before reaching the staff to order. There is only 1 staff there, and there is only another customer behind me, meaning that its not crowded there, but the staff told me that he cannot make my customized drink, said that he can only make simple drink. I understand that the staff has the right to do so, but it better if he can put the note, sign or something to tell people about that so we dont have to WASTE TIME to wait. I realized that the customer infront of me also had the same issue. This is really a big WASTE of time. Slow service. The attendant seemed not to be bothered at all after one woman had difficulty authorizing her credit card multiple times. It took several minutes, the line was getting long. When I said I was rushing and to please take my order & payment (I was next), the customer with the payment issue blurred some racial comment (I’m Caucasian), and the attendant said back to her “just take your time” with “ I don’t care about you” attitute, to emphasize that she didn’t care I was in a hurry to pick up my kids. The customer that the attendant spoke to in Spanish could be there longer and no one else in that long line mattered. Isn’t everyone be supposed to be treated equally & with respect?
