This is absolutely shocking and surprising to see how our fellow brothers and sisters get together to treat another Indian lady so badly. 1stly people should know how to talk about a lady or talk to a lady. Basic manners were taught in school. A restaurants review page which is not even owned by me are flooded with so many fake reviews and all made up stories. 2 reviews are partially accurate as I could see the faces. There is always 2 sides of the story. I know and have been taught customers are always right.. We work here so do other younger girls. We are not here to be victims or look down upon. I did understand the concern for the toddler but that gives absolutely no reason for my staff or me to be ill treated. We are treated like thrash bags even after doing so much. We are not hired servants we are hired servers. We work with 100% hospitality skills and we are humans and not Goddesses to be perfect. There is trial and error. After being shouted at and trampled we are apologizing to our customers is what we do. If they wished to leave and not accept my apology what would be my punishment to be hanged till death??? If a customer wants to leave they are given permission to do so. We welcome our valued customers with a warm heart and expect the same. Few staff members who are mentioned working here are being ill treated those staff members are not kept as forced labor. Thanks to all my brothers and sisters who had taken out time to bring the house down for a simple argument that the customer started. Offcourse customers are always right.
In my absence the young girls were ill treated and in order to know and resolve the situation if the table has been approached was that a big crime ????I was just doing my job. The customers were shouting with their toddler sitting next to them, was that correct behavior from so called educated parents and grand parents????? I preferred walking away after saying sorry that wasn't enough. So that the matter doesn't aggravate Customers are always right so they expect us to kneel down and keep appologizing. Which dictionary in the hospitality industry shows that a manager or the employees can be ill treated???
With so many social issues going on in USA this reveiw page has become a personal attack forum. This is not my own business. Out of enmity or enviousness please dont spoil a Restaurants name. Stop spreading hatred.
If anyone felt hurt we are sorry like I had apologized and apologizing again. If the customers didn't want to take the apology then I couldn't help it. WE ARE HUMANS AFTER ALL. THIS IS USA we all go to American places to eat and know how customers are treated. We Indians working in Indian places show a lot respect and care but are treated very badly. But in an Indian restaurants we as customers forget basic etiquettes.
Please respect local businesses 🙏. Mistakes happen everyday but personal attacks are not what we expects from our...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at inchin’s bamboo restaurant located in Bothal city. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by the warm welcome by Miss Neha our server for the night and the ambiance that set the stage for a memorable culinary experience.
The menu at Bamboo gardens offered a wide range of traditional Indian dishes, specially, for Indian customers showcasing the rich and diverse flavors of the subcontinent. I decided to start my meal with the samosas, and they were absolutely delightful. The crispy, golden-brown pastry gave way to a flavorful filling of spiced potatoes and peas. The accompanying mint chutney added a refreshing touch, perfectly complementing the savory appetizer.
For the main course, I opted for the butter chicken and garlic naan. The butter chicken was a true standout. The tender pieces of chicken were cooked to perfection in a creamy tomato-based sauce that was rich in flavors. Each bite was a perfect balance of sweetness and tanginess, leaving me craving for more. The garlic naan, freshly baked and topped with fragrant garlic and cilantro, was the ideal accompaniment. It was soft and chewy, with just the right amount of crispness around the edges.
The service at inchins was impeccable. Manager Mahesh wadekar and the whole staff members were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. They were more than happy to offer recommendations and answer any questions I had. The wait time for the food was reasonable, and the dishes were served piping hot, indicating the restaurant's commitment to quality and freshness.
The atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy and inviting, with comfortable seating arrangements and tasteful decor that reflected the cultural heritage of India. Soft background music played, enhancing the overall dining experience without overpowering conversations.
The only reason I am not giving [Restaurant Name] a full five-star rating is because the portion sizes were slightly smaller than expected. While the flavors were fantastic, I found myself wanting a bit more to truly satisfy my appetite. However, the taste and quality of the food more than made up for this minor shortcoming.
In conclusion, my experience at inchin’s Bamboo Garden was delightful. The restaurant offered a wonderful selection of authentic Indian and Asia dishes bursting with flavors. The friendly service, cozy ambiance, and attention to detail made it a memorable dining experience. If you're a fan of Indian cuisine or simply looking to explore new flavors, I highly recommend visiting inchin’s Bamboo Garden for a taste of India and Asian cuisine right in the heart of Bothell city. My favorite dish was burned,...
Read moreWhile the nourishment was not excessively great to aggravate things even the administration was ghastly. My family and I unquestionably didn't have wonderful experience here. We had one of the servers named Rosemary hollering in our faces about requesting a thing that was beforehand on the menu and regarding why we ought to have requested it. Our previous server was thoughtful and OK with us requesting since she realized it was the principle motivation behind why we even come to this restaurant. Plus the chef had no problem cooking it either. It is only foolish concerning why you would blow up at a customer for requesting a dish they truly like and are paying for it! The entire time she viewed her face, where you could tell she had a terrible disposition. It destroyed my entire family's hunger and appetite at that point. When it went to the bill, she included her own obligatory tip and wasn't in any event, going to give the tip to our first server we had and I am still confused why she all of sudden became our server and decided to keep the tip for herself. Toward the end we communicated our emotions to her and let her realize we didn't appreciate for how she treated us, she got protective and needed to make an argument out of that. She at that point didn't let us pay until she demanded we talk to the supervisor. She kept us standing and said hold up until my supervisor picks up, she wanted to force us into talking with her manager which was very odd. I have never observed this sort of circumstance, where the employee is driving the customer to converse with manager rather than the customer requesting to address the supervisor. Obviously it appeared as though she had a decent association with the manager where she was confidante he/she would be her ally. I had asked her so many times to charge my card, so we could leave, simply insane I am in any event, saying this. I prefer not to grumble and believe me I never prefer to complain since I comprehend we as a whole have awful days in some cases. However, this circumstance was only a total stun and particularly being with my family of eight. I figure Rosemary could have kept her remarks and frame of mind to herself and not trouble us while attempting to have a decent family time. I really do hope this review helps this restaurant fix there workplace environment and make it more appealing...
