Thrasher's Corner Sports Pub — Restaurant in Bothell

My wife and a friend of mine had been coming to Wednesday trivia a thrashers corner almost every week since 2019.

We heard about the ownership change and noticed the staff turnover and decline in service and quality and have been going to other bars instead.

We would typically spend over $100 on food and drink and also would bring friends with us who also eat and drink. There were several servers that we enjoyed (none of them are there anymore).

Last night 6/26/24 will be the last time I ever spend a dime at this establishment.

The service is comically bad!! We had been in about a month ago and received very poor service, but we decided to give it another try.

I went in with very low expectations. The bar was on the ground and the Thrashers Corner staff couldn’t even clear that.

We had to wait for over 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged that we were there. They never came to the table, we actually had to find someone to help us. The staff were not busy. They were just standing around and not paying attention to customers.

Finally we were able to order our food and drinks. They brought the right drinks, but put them in front of the wrong people. Food order was incorrect, and after dropping off the food, they never came back to see if we needed anything else or take more drink orders.

Not only is this terrible service, but it terrible business, we definitely would have ordered another round or two of drinks if anyone would have come back. By not staffing up, the bar if leaving money on the table - there is literally no one to sell drinks!!

Once we were done eating and trivia was over, no one came to drop off the check. I had to go up and ask for a bill!! The server said she’d be over in a minute, but clearly forgot about it and never returned.

Finally we just went up to the bar to pay the bill. We wanted to split the bill with the two couple at out table, but the server had no idea how to do this and couldn’t provide a check or take a credit card.

Absolutely horrified at the fact that a tall white male with glasses (I think he might’ve been bald too) thought it was okay to put his hands on me. I’m a young woman, went there to pick up an Uber order and it was my first time at this place. Left in tears when this staff member harassed me, started taking pictures of me and my vehicle and threatened to call the cops on me for parking at the only available spot on the lot (it is nearly 11pm on a Saturday and the lot was full) and all I wanted was to pick up a delivery order and leave and this man decided to make me feel uncomfortable for no reason. He also came up to me while I was still in my car (keep in mind this is at almost 11pm at night) and I was visibly afraid and uncomfortable with the entire interaction. I’m horrified at the kind of staff this place hires. For any women wanting to visit this place, please bring something to protect yourself with because this man’s actions are heinous and disgusting. I am terrified that this man now has pictures of me and my car on his cellphone. Stay safe everyone❤️🫶🏼🥺

EDIT: I literally turn 22 next month but I guess that rather than take responsibility for their disgusting pig of an employee, they decide to assume my age like that was the problem. Not the issue at...

We went in early in the day and from the moment we walked in felt very unwelcome. Shannon approached us and asked if we'd like a drink and quickly dropped the menus and walked away. Our drinks arrived and we wanted to take our time to look at the menu however we kept getting approached to order and felt very rushed. At one point we looked back and saw her sitting down at the bar with a patron and completely unresponsive to the handful of guests at this time instead of being behind the bar. We finally ordered and received our food and it was terrible. The food was was par to average and very overpriced. Plus, you are charged a liquor tax and then charged a tax on top of that and not told. Shannon was rude, ran a bit on the cold side and not a good server at all. You go into a pub to have a good time and not be approached by a Debbie downer. Terrible food and the service was even worse and I will not be back.
