Gabee Coffee is an AMAZING Korean Cafe!

My husband and I were traveling through CO on our move home from living in Japan for 3 years. I wanted a coffee shop that reminded me of our time in Japan and travels through South Korea & we discovered this sweet gem!!🤩

When I tell you it’s authentic, I mean it! From the smooth richness of the coffee, to the perfect level of sweetness, and the amazing latte art that Japan + Korea take such amazing pride AND hard work in mastering shines through here. ☕️

Recommend: Any of their seasonal special lattes, Iced Americano (IYKYK), ground beans to take home for your own personal drip coffee.

The Service: 10/10. The woman who took our order was so nice and welcoming. She also helped me select the perfect coffee to purchase for my drip coffee needs.

Their difference: Their awards, specialized sourcing, 100% organic beans, and eco friendly packaging.

While I’m sure many of you will just stop in for a coffee on the run. I feel it’s important to acknowledge them for their awards in South Korea! I took the time to read the wall.. literally lol.

Mr. Chae the owner and many of his students over the years have joined and competed in the KBC! (Korean Barista Championship) That means this place is LEGIT gold here in the USA!! You will never walk away with a bad coffee or latte because they know what they’re doing.

So my fellow friends who have lived overseas, want a true genuine taste of Korean coffee, or just plain curious. Give them a try!!

I will preface it’s not your normal establishment for just a “cup of joe” so if that’s what you’re into, maybe keep on walking.

However, if you are looking to expand your palate and elevate your tastebuds with Korean flare step on in at Gabee Cafe in Boulder, CO.

They sell their beans online. I’ll be ordering more to the East Coast. 🤗 The only thing I’d love to see more is drip coffee ground options and mug merch because I’d buy that too lol.

I absolutely LOVE Gabee. This local coffee shop is the one of a kind little treasure that everyone hopes to find. I am hesitant to write anything because I want to keep this gem to myself. :)

So let's take about their beverage options. They roast their coffee beans in house, which is absolutely amazing! And they have a diverse selection of beverages. Let me tell you, if you haven't tried their sweet potato latte then you are missing out, that is probably the most addicting drink I have ever had. I drive from my home in Westminster just to snag one of those bad boys. If you're thinking to yourself "hm okay, I could try one", then add espresso. It's mind blowing. Their lattes are fantastic, so are the Americanos, and you obviously need to try the Ade.

Other than awesome coffee, the staff is exceptional and go out of their way to connect with their customers. If you pop in during the week, you will likely run into the owners. These people are fabulous, I have come in religiously every day and they started treating me like family. You will find that if you go there once, they will most likely remember your name the second time you stop by. I absolutely adore everyone who works there (please adopt me).

2023 fall update: I have been coming to this coffee shop every day during weekdays for over 4 years since I moved to Boulder. Now I feel this coffee shop people are my close friends. They are so sweet and make me start happy morning. So I also try to be a nice customer to enjoy their coffee for a long time unlike some insane customers with no respect at all.

I used to enjoy Espresso macchiato but these days, I do enjoy Piccolo latte more than that. (If I need 2nd coffee in the afternoon, I order long black, though)

With Gabee Coffee, I got to know about Panama geisha and I bought and gave it to myself as a special treat last year. They said the first batch of this year would be ready someday in next week. I am so excited and can not wait for it.

Great organic coffee! My favorite is Espresso Macchiato( traditional style not caramel Macchiato). Little cozy place to enjoy such a wonderful coffee. You can find very rare coffee beans here like Yemen mocha. I enjoy Yemen mocha every morning thanks to Gabee...
